I bought these after using many other units including Motorola radios .Until now i really couldnt say one was any better then the other till now. Ive hunted the same area for over forty years my favorite hunting spots havent changed nor the terrain. I hunt with my 73yr old dad so good radio contact is a must all the radios we have used did work i guess well for the most part but i never felt the contact was great we could always communicate but i always felt it could have been better. Ive been a pro radio operator for over 40yrs and ive tryed alot of bands etc. So when these came out i read some reviews and on amazon they werent favorable. But still i had to try them for myself. i bought a pair and liked the size and style after a simple program and charging we took them a field i went to my hunting area dad went to his and we tested them hands down these out performed any grms radio ive tryed and i think ive tryed them all. I think when most buy and use these radios i think they dont set them up properly on both hi and low power settings these worked great .i liked them so much i bought a second pair along with detach mics and neoprene cases this is a reliable radio and would highly recommend it to the outdoorsmans who needs solid communication

I purchased these radios for an elk hunting trip this past month. These radios did not function as advertised. I could see my hunter less than a mile away and could not communicate with him. It was clear line of sight and could not talk. For the price of these radios they should be some of the best. Even when when we could talk i could barely hear him. It was so frustrating, do not buy these unless you are gonna give them to your kids to play around the house with!!!

I bought these for my 11 year old son beacuse he has an interest in all things electronic, Also I wanted a way to communicate with him when he was out in the neighborhood riding his bike. These Motorola MS355R are reaaly not up to even low expectations. My main complaints are:

1. Very slow and cumbersome to manipulate the menue.

2. Range for clear voice communication is about 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile in my suburban neighborhood.

Less than 1/10 of the advertised range.

3. Overall build quality is very low. Not what I would expect from Motorola.

I these walkie talkies cost about 25-30 dollars I guess that they might be an acceptable deal.

I paid 91.00 with shipping.

Save your self time, money and aggravation and go up to a better product. I am going to return these to Amazon and look for some at a reputable brick and mortar retailer.

I prefer the Navigon GPS app for GPS in the car. It is faster (no battery charging time lag when I start), gives me more information than my Garmin, (like speed limits) takes addresses from my address book, has better lane change info, and I can take it with me on bike rides and hikes.

However, getting a call while the gps is giving me verbal directions can be a problem. So, this is the perfect solution and I do not use up my data limit. However, it only works on gps apps that can preload the maps, like Navigon.

So Totally portable for walking, biking and driving. Long battery life. I love it!

Note for recording tracks.

My favorite app for exploring and tracking new bike and hiking trails is MotionX. I can track my trail with the display off. See where I am on Navigon, and download maps for that trail track later using WIFI. I am one happy camper!

It was always a crapshoot whether or not it would sync up and provide GPS capability to supported apps.

Then it just quit getting a lock and will not get a GPS sync at all.

I just use it for the battery capability for my iPod Touch...

I will never even consider purchasing a product from Dual Electronics ever again..

Lesson learned... money wasted... C'est la vie...:( Live and learn...

DUAL XGPS251 initially worked with my iPod Touch 4th Gen.

A couple of months ago it stopped providing GPS location. We spoke with Dual tech support and they were unable to restore the GPS function. So today I received a replacement under warranty (cost us $17 in return shipping.) The replacement unit did not work, so again I called DUAL tech support. This time, they told me that apparently the XGPS251 does not work with the current iOS 6.1.3! (a customer had told them that when they reverted to a previous iOS it did work again)

Unfortunately, Apple does not support reverting to a previous iOS. So we're stuck with a useless GPS cradle after wasting $17 to return hardware that was not worse than the warranty replacement DUAL sent.

RIDICULOUS that DUAL has not corrected their unit to work with the current iOS, especially considering that it's not even a year old.

Not a bad product. It does provide a significant battery boost in a fairly small package, but be advised that the GPS and ipod charging do not work at the same time. GPS function also works, but it takes a long time to find its initial location. You are advised to turn off wifi while searching for GPS lock, which is rather annoying, especially in a device without a cellular connection. Wifi can be turned back on once GPS is locked, but still a bother.

Even with GPS off, and standing outside with clear sky above and just a few trees nearby, getting a GPS lock can take a very long time. It took as long as five minutes in many cases.

I had this inverter installed in my cargo van and just after a year it started giving me problems. I use it to mainly run an 800 watt microwave, laptop, and GPS. The inverter worked well then began to experience power loss. The unit remains on, but does does not give any continuous power output. Sometimes, the power output cycles on and off while still showing it is on at the switch. It is connected to a seperate high output battery of very good quality. I use it frequently, about 9 months out of the year. After 2 years now, I am still having problems with it. It is becoming frustrating not knowing if it will work or not. I haven't figured out any reason for it to act up. I am now looking for a new inverter. Maybe I just got a lemon. I expected more from a respectable name such as Tripp Lite.

A very reliable product! As long as you calculate the wattage of the appliances you plan to power off of this inverter and stay within a practical scope of its specifications you will not be disappointed.

I haven't had a chance to use this much, as I bought it as a backup for a power outage. I tested it using modified jumper cables and hooked up my sump pump. It worked as anticipated, so I am happy at this point. It was reasonably priced and shipped quickly (in time for an anticipated storm).

This is the second unit I purchased and it is the worst I have seen.The unit has a very limited range of motion, the clamp fails to hold the handle bar as expected and the phone holder is lacking any back up to secure the phone. Anyway the only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is that the battery does not have any indicator or link that will let know how much charge it is holding.

This product is quality. I have been using it with my civic alarm for over 3 months now. I have had no issues thus far. Easy to hook up, quality product. The only confusing part is the power. When hooking up the wires your your alarm, you use the power wire from the battery. You do not join it with a separate power wire from the car. The alarm is powered by the car through the battery during normal operation. When the car power is lost, the battery continues to power the alarm module.

Delphi SA10042 XM Radio Roady Remote Control

Before buying this product, XM radio scored a 10 out of 10 in my book. With this product, XM goes all the way to 11. Yes 11 out of 10. No longer do I have to reach across and change stations. In addition, the scan feature means that I am listening to more and better music. Like digital cable or satellite tv, you can now scan stations to see what's playing without actually changing the channel. In short, if you own a roady you owe it to yourself to get the remote.

Having this remote makes my driving safer! I clip it to my seatbelt and don't need to reach across the dash every time I want to change a station.

Even better--the "scan" feature is a lot of fun. With so many stations I rarely got to hear a lot of what's available on XM. The scan feature is fun. It will scan either my presets, or the whole XM spectrum.

Also easier to save songs in my playlist. The large XM button is easier to find than the one on the corner of the Roady.

If you've already bought a Roady, spend another couple of bucks and get this, too. You need one.

This remote works nicely, user friendly. The buttons DO NOT light up or glow in the dark, but not a big issue. Overall I think its a wonderful item and makes having XM radio safer because you don't have to take your eyes off the road to use it.

The Roady II is an excellent product, but if you're eyes are no longer what they once were, you will find its small buttons to be a challenge to both see, and operate in a bouncing vehicle. This is especially true if you must mount the Roady at arm's length or more. The remote control really is a "must have" item, and turns a very good product into an excellent one. The only functions missing from the remote are access to features that select basic setup items or options such as the selection of the display color on the Roady. For those, you still have to use the tiny buttons on the Roady itself. This is a no-brainer. Get one!

The unit I received may be partially defective but it is difficult to know if this is due a failure or poor design.

The monitor comes with two power cables, one for a permanent wired connection and a second for cigarette lighter/power port connection. I have not been able to get a picture from the camera with the power port cable even though the monitor does turn on. The first power cable has 3 wires. One for ground, +12 volts, and a blue wire which connects to the backup lights. The blue wire functions as a control signal to automatically turn on the monitor when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. When this cable is used and the blue wire is connected the monitor will receive the picture from the camera.

The buttons for changing brightness, color, and picture rotation are frequently non-responsive. If you are able to rotate the picture it does not stay in the orientation selected after power is removed and then restored.

The user manual is a two page document which is nothing more than a how-to for connecting the wires, a list of included parts, and the name or function for each of the push buttons. No information on how to operate it. The manufacturer's website has nothing more than the two page user manual and an option for emailing tech support. There is no list of FAQs or support forum.

It took a long time to get this product and if I had more time before the trip I purchased it for, I would return it. I would not buy this unit again.

The first one of these that I bought had a screen that was not on straight, and it rattled like a screw had fallen off inside. So I sent it back for a replacement. The second one looked fine, so I took it to a place whose specialty is installing such hardware. After sitting at the shop for a couple hours, I was told that it simply did not work. The guy warned me that the wireless units were basically junk, and the next time I do this, I should get one that is wired. So I had to pay $40 per hour for labor installing and uninstalling a piece of junk that "simply did not work". That being said, I bought these from the Amazon Marketplace rather than an individual seller. When I contacted them about both defective units, they were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. They immediately sent me a prepaid shipping label via email. I requested a refund after the second unit proved to be a dud, and as soon as they got it back in the mail, my money was refunded. Not being able to install a backup camera was unpleasant and stressful enough. But Amazon's response mitigated much of it, and I thank them for it.

Does a good job. I'v been happy with it. Not very good with electronics, but installed it myself anyway, and it was not that difficult. I like the small size of this monitor, limited on space, it was the right choice. I have used it several times over the last couple months, and the system has been fine. Good picture, decent night vision, good backup camera.

I bought this PYLE (aptly named) from Amazon and hence from ANTonline. I had a professional install it but it doesn't work. The monitor seems! to work but the camera is dead the LED lights do not come on. The lead into the camera is "hot" but nothing. I have tried to contact someone about getting suggestions RE: getting it fixed or returning it or just what can I do? It seems as though when one buys one of these things they wash their hands of the whole deal. I certainly would NOT recommend buying this or any other product if their customer service remains so poor.

I have an 06 Tiburon with a Kenwood ez500 stereo headunit and this product is exactly what I've been searching for for over a month. I almost resorted to buying an iSimple from BestBuy because I could not find any way to hook my iPod up to my stereo in my 2006 Hyundai Tiburon. This may have been the best $11 I've ever spent. Instead of buying a new stereo headunit or installing a $140 iSimple into my car I found the easiest and cheapest resort to all my problems.

In case you are also trying to use an aux port for your car.

2. Buy a 3.5mm to RCA stereo female cable

3. Buy an aux cable for your iPod or iPhone

The settings will come up automatically for the aux input on the headunit. You're good to go. In order to try to make it look professional I'm going to drill a hole in the plastic frame that says "Tiburon" below my headunit and stick the aux input through.

Car StereoClip CAR A100/Bluetooth Audio Streamer (Aux)

I bought this device to take advantage of the higher sound quality offered by the apt-x codec, which the StereoClip and my Galaxy S III each possess. I hook it up to the car stereo through the car's aux input and a good 3.5mm-3.5mm cable. I wanted a dedicated "media audio" device as I also connect my phone to my car's older "phone only" Bluetooth simultaneously. This has worked with prior devices and worked with the StereoClip without any problem. It paired quickly and did not interfere with the additional connection to the car's phone Bluetooth, which only turns on when I start the car.

Unfortunately, the device will not auto-connect to my phone unless the StereoClip has been turned completely off and then back on. Instead, I leave it in the car in standby mode so that when I get to the car, I can connect quickly and be ready to play music. While it is listed as showing that it will auto-connect, it apparently only does that with HTC phones that have the HTC Car app installed and running. This should be made clear in the feature listing.

While that deceptive marketing is annoying, the StereoClip connects lightning fast when I launch Bluetooth settings and tap the device name to connect. The connection stay s rock solid, never dropping, unlike other devices i tried. The quickness and stability of the connection together make up for the lack of auto-connect.

The sound is exactly what I was hoping for: CD quality from a Bluetooth connection. I have a 2008 Lexus LS with the Mark Levinson system and the StereoClip allows the music on my phone, or from Spotify or Pandora to shine, especially on higher bitrate tracks and streams.

The battery life seems pretty good so far.

Overall, I found the StereoClip to be well worth the money for any audiophile trying to ratchet up the quality of their phone-based music.

I had almost given up on Bluetooth streaming since I couldn't find a small device that had an internal battery or no buzzing when it's plugged in. This device is great and if I ever leave it in the car the battery is good for standby, I've been able to get about a week. As for actual use for playing music, it pairs pretty quickly and the audio sounds just as good as if it were plugged in with an aux cable. The battery charges pretty fast and can last a while, but lately I just leave it always plugged in so I don't have to worry about running low on battery if I don't use my car for a while.

I own a Galaxy S III, and pairing has no problems. i expected it to be of better audio quality, and I wasn't disappointed. Definitely better than my Miccus blue bridge. Problem is i also use a Jaybird isport and i cannot pair it. i have tried several times and still with no success. I have used several bluetooth enabled devices, and am knowledgeable with these devices.

A handy piece of gear. Not only for use with a car stereo can use adapters to send audio to any audio system! Quick charging, easy connect via bluetooth. Will auto connect with my HTC ONE S but prefer to do it manually. It can remember up to 8 devices for pairing so I can also easily connect with my laptop bluetooth adapter or my tablet. I was looking for a bluetooth device that I could pair with my phone and stream music (whether it be spotify, pandora, my own library, etc) through my aux port. I admit, I'm lazy and got annoyed using an auxiliary cable and definitely didn't want to use a FM transmitter (found the cable could create some minor tangle hazards) or go buy and install a parrot device i just wanted to stream music. I just make sure to launch bluetooth and pair before driving off. Pretty convenient and simple in my opinion and no loss in sound quality.

By carefully disassembling this and trans-planting the PCB (little electronics board) inside your old fob, as well as the mechanical key, you essentially gain a new key for very low bucks.

Suggest getting a new battery while you are at it.

Instructions for the transplant:

The mechanical part of new and old key fobs pulls away from the "main body" with the buttons and "ring"; then you open the "main body" with a little mild force. These are tricky bits and require just a bit more force than most people find comfortable.

You will see the PCB in your old fob along with the old battery. Install new battery and your "old" PCB in the new "main body" then close it. Attach the "old" mechanical key bit to the "new" main body, and voila. The parts all snap together solidly and works just like they ought after the transplant.

PS: The weird looking flower thing is an irrelevant add-on supposedly to detect too much UV nevermind. It does seem to have just about the most ugly colors possible, and I can't imagine what it has to do with the key fob. Mine found their way into the trash bin.

This key shell blank worked perfect as a replacement for a broken shell. You have to strip the guts from your old key and insert them into this new shell. Everything fits, just like it came from VW!

This is exactly as advertised and works great. I don't know what the other person was talking about that it was "previously activated" . . . it's just a shell with a key blank. There is nothing to "activate." Maybe the locksmith just needed 70 bucks.

I took the guts (circuit board and immobilizer chip) from the old key and then swapped key blades. All-in-all, it took me about five minutes. There was no programming involved.

You have to pry off the VW emblem and remove the screw to open the blade side of the key to swap the blade and immobilizer.

A little hard to open, but that is by design, as the original is exactly like that too. the pc board from the original remote fits perfectly, and the buttons are actually better than the original which were kind of rubber and flexible. This one is firmer giving a better feel when the switch inside is actually activated as we press on. Be careful opening it. Hold it firmly with one hand as you use a screw driver to separate the pieces as illustrated in the paper, and if you wear gloves you may avoid scratching your hands as I did mine when it finally opened and the sharp plastic edge ran over my thumb making a deep long cut. My fault, not a defect on the device.
