For Nissan 4 Buttons Remote Keyless Car Case Shell EX35 FX35 Maxima Altima Armada 350z No Chips Ins
- 4 Buttons: lock unlock trunk and panic
- FCC ID: KBRASTU15
- Perfect replacement for the original motors and make you key like new.
- Produced by high quality material and meticulously crafted.
- This product is not an original product, before buying please note
I now have two brand new looking remotes, all the buttons work like new.
The original's that came with the car was very easy to break when you had to change out the battery, though these seem better constructed. Also the button identifier on originals faded overtime, so would consider buying another as a spare in case these fade in time.Origanal broke where the key ring goes.so I decided to order this replacement. works great and is made well.Im happy with the result of this purchaseThis product works fine as a remote if you have lost yours, but don't buy it thinking you can take the buttons out to replace your worn buttons. These are slightly larger than the ones that came with the car. I bought this and a switchblade key with the hope of combining them and having a brand new key for my Nissan 350z, but I ended up having to use the old worn out buttons from my keyless remote. Note also that this doesn't come with the battery you will need to make it work OR the little silver piece that connects the positive side of the battery to the motherboard.awesome good deal, I was thinking to buy a hole new remote key for $ 100, but this one of the good decision I made.
band new remoteReplaced my aging ( 2005 Altima ) keyless remote case in less than 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend for the price.

Optima Batteries D27M BlueTop Group 27 Marine Battery
Tried to recharge this battery, but the charger I bought from Amazon with the battery began to overheat. The next day I brought it in to the local Optima dealer. They put the battery on the charger/diagnostic machine for 69 minutes, after which it failed the test. Zero cranking amps and a recommendation to REPLACE. The Optima dealer is unable to order a replacement as this battery is no longer available from their supplier.
Amazon will not accept returns for this battery. Amazon says to return it to the dealer, but the dealer can't do anything about it. I spoke with Optima on the telephone, and they are sorry I am going through this, but since Amazon is not an authorized seller, Optima cannot help me either.
So, Amazon has my $175, and there is no customer service to reason with. I had to spend another $90 at a local warehouse store for a real, working battery with a real working warranty. I wish you all a better experience than I had. After years and years buying from Amazon, I will not be back.My research makes me wonder where Amazon is getting these batteries. Below is the email I got from Optima customer service when I inquired about their warranty. Thought other buyers would find the information helpful. Amazon has a better price but you are taking a chance that nothing goes wrong with the battery. Good luck.

Before purchasing from any other online resource, please ensure the dealer is in compliance with our recommended customer service requirements.
Unfortunately Amazon is not an authorized dealer. Warranties are typically handled by the original retailer however Amazon does not handle warranties after 30 days. You can't just take the battery to any Optima retailer for warranty service because they have their own internal corporate policies that will not allow them to warranty a battery they didn't sell. In cases like this we have to go through a distributor for testing and charging and in some case charging fees apply. This could require some travel on your part. They do require that you leave the battery at least overnight for testing and charging. If they are unable to replace the battery we would have to make arrangements to have one shipped to you.
OPTIMA-authorized online retailer requirements:
§
§ Ship Optima products in approved shipment packaging
§ Answer a toll free service phone number during business hours
§ Adhere to and honor the Optima factory warranty policy [pdf]
§ Provide an in-house warranty program
If
If you are considering an Amazon as your online dealer, they have not agreed to our consumer service requirements.
For same-day purchases and service we recommend visiting your nearest OPTIMA retailer, as online purchases can take multiple days to arrive. Likewise, in the event that product support service is needed, online purchases must be shipped back to the original seller and can take several days to be processed and returned.

These batteries are the best on the market. I like that they are maintenance free, especially the ones that are not easily accessible on my boat. I love Amazon because one battery was delivered dropped by the shipper, box broke. Amazon quickly sent me out another one. I just replaced the two batteries I ordered this past weekend. All worked just fine and easily cranked over my twin Honda 4 Stroke 130s. The sea trial will begin in a few weeks and if all looks good electronically, I will be confident to venture out 25 miles into the Gulf and not worry if my batteries will live or die out there. These batteries replaced my old West Marine Dual Purpose 12 volt batteries. The strength of these are twice as much as my old batteries. This gives me twice as much power and time when out there running stereo FF and GPS etc.I would highly recommend ordering these Optima Batteries especially for rough outdoor use.

Outstanding Battery & Performance! Have owned for years. Optima blue top marine/deepcycle battery. The group 31 is the most powerful, with the highest amp hour rating. The best battery with an immensely long life. The key to long life is using a marine deep cycle battery charger, 10-12 amps, tops. Keep it charged and store it properly. I have had one of these last 7 years now... and it is still going strong. I use it for Cpap machine when camping and other uses too. No water to add ever, no leakage possible. Is an AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat Battery) Highly recommended!Wednesday, July 16, 2014

Car Kit Mp3 Player Wireless Fm Transmitter Bluetooth with Remote Control
The only way to do this with this device is to plug my phone into the device with the cable that is included.
FM transmitter works great.
Music sounds great through FM transmitter.I got the new iPhone 5 for Christmas and needed to order a new FM Transmitter for my car. The transmitter that I had been using worked pretty well with minimal interference. However, this one was a hassle. Regardless of what station I tuned, there was still static interference. Normally this wouldn't be a serious distraction, however the music would literally cut out from time to time. Maybe it's user error rather than an issue with the product, but either way I was disappointed with this purchase.

However, there's a way to make this issue go away. The owner's manual describes a "Button Auto Lock" mode that must be configured by an "authorized dealer". This is complete nonsense, of course -you can do it yourself. What you need to do is hold down the Function (bottom) button for 10 seconds or so, until the amber transmit LED lights up. Then push the Unlock button for 2 seconds until the remote beeps. This puts you in the remote's configuration mode. Push the Lock button so that the LED next to it lights up. (If the LED is already lit, then the remote is already in auto lock mode.) After the Lock LED is lit, let the remote sit for 30 seconds or so.
With the remote in this mode, you can start your engine by pushing the Function button and then the Unlock button (to unlock the remote), and THEN the Start button. So essentially you start your engine with 3 button presses instead of 1. This is a compromise that I'm willing to live with.
The range on this unit is actually pretty impressive. I work in a large building with a large parking lot, and I routinely park way in the back. I can remote start the engine from a distance of almost a quarter mile, which is about an order of magnitude better than the range that you would expect from the Ford factory remote start option. I have not personally had any issues with the unit not functioning in cold weather -the past couple of nights we have gotten down to the teens below zero and my truck starts just fine.
All in all, I'm very happy with this unit, and it has made my winter morning routine a lot more pleasant. The issues with the remote button sensitivity are real (and it's why I have to knock off a star) but can be worked around with relatively little overall impact to the unit's utility.

I had this thing installed in my wife's car as a Christmas present. Cost me $350 for the unit plus $100 for an adapter to work in her car and another $100 for installation. The buttons are way, way too sensitive. I carried the starter fob on my keyring in my pocket and every time I moved, the car would start. Although the engine would shut itself off after 15 minutes, this would happen multiple times all day and night -very hard on gas consumption. The other problem is that the headlights turn on when the engine starts, but do not turn off when the engine shuts down -very hard on the battery. I finally removed the starter from my keyring but figured at least my wife would be OK, since she carries hers in her purse. I was wrong. I noticed one day her starter fob was sitting on her desk, not on her keyring. She was having all the same problems carrying the starter in her purse. She put her old factory remote fob back on her keyring -it doesn't have a starter function, but she can at least lock, unlock and open electric doors with the factory remote. So now we have a $550 Viper remote starter that we don't use. What a waste of money. It really angers me that companies that design gadgets like this do not TRY THEM OUT before they put them on the market.Read Best Reviews of Viper 5301 2-Way Remote Start System Here
The remote control for the Viper series is poorly designed in that the pushbuttons stick out beyond the face of the remote and are super sensitive. You can not carry the remote in your pocket or purse without inadvertenty unlocking, starting, etc your car. There is a lockout feature associated with the remote that is not mentioned in the manual nor do some of the installers know about. The installer has to set this feature on the remote and it requires you to push the function button and then the unlock button before using the other buttons to perform a function. You only have 60 seconds to do your thing, then the remote relocks itself.Even worse, there are complaints all over the web for another problem that I have. The "main brain" for the Viper 5301 system fails in extreme cold weather. Duh!, why do they think people buy these things in the first place. If my engine and Odessey van interior are still warm, the remote will start the van. If the engine and van interior are cold the remote will not start the van. Go figure. There were several people sitting in the installers waiting area with the same problem when I went to get the unit fixed. The remote is so poorly designed for this remote start system, that I can never keep the keys in my pocket without it randomly unlocking my truck or starting the engine. The button auto lock feature does not really work, it only works to prevent one mistaken button push, if a button is accidentally pushed again, it will preform that function. Because of the ease of mistaken button pushes, your remote battery will not last very long at all. Best Buy installed the system in my 2011 Dodge Ram. Buyer beware! I suggest a different manufacturer if you want remote start.Lost both battery door within a month of owning due to poor design. My carbon monoxide detectors have gone off twice in my home only to find the car running inside my garage due to accidental button press while in my pants. Dealer says theres a function to lock the remote to prevent this. BS! Simple countersunk buttons would have dont the trick. Now instead of one button to lock and one to unlock I half to press three (function, unlock, unlock or Function unlock lock) What a pain. Came out of the mall during Christmas shopping to find my car loaded with gifts completely unlocked due to inadvertant button pressing. Thank goodness nothing was taken. By the time I have it de-installed I will have lost $250 because the labor is not refundable and you half to pay to get this junk removed. I have no faith that Viper will make any attempt to remidie this poorly design product. But more importantly Best Buy should never have sold the junk!

Battery Tender 022-0148-DL-WH 12-Volt 4-Bank Battery Management System
In the early years, I was playing with trickle chargers and/or starting the bike once or twice a month over the winter months, only to always seem to be pushing the bike down the alley come spring, trying to pop the clutch to get her started because the battery didn't make it through the winter with a decent charge....again!
About 10 years ago I bought a Battery Tender Plus at a cycle shop's open house. They were rather expensive then, but thought it worth a try considering the sale price. Loved it!!! Still have that original one, although I have been through a couple of the Jrs.
With 5 streetbikes in the garage, it seemed like a no brainer to invest in this 4 bank version. Did a little shopping around and found this to be the best deal. I had read somewhere, (although can't recall where), that this model had leads 12 ft long, so I didn't see the need for the extentions. Wrong!!! Leads are only 4.5 ft long each, so I wish I would've got the extentions. 25ft is a bit long and I have seen 12ft elsewhere.
Again, fantastic product for the off season or if you're fortunate enough to have a multiple bike stable!!

This is a great product that I don't know how I got along without. We have a couple of riding lawn mowers, ATV, and off road vehicles. Every spring we had to deal with replacing batteries, and during the summer after a few weeks of idle time we would have weak or depleted batteries. We have setup all of the equipment with quick connects. Everything stays charged and ready for use. In the dead of winter when we needed to pull equipment out it started without incident. This spring the savings in replacd batteries paid for the unit. Great product.Read Best Reviews of Battery Tender 022-0148-DL-WH 12-Volt 4-Bank Battery Management System Here
Very pleased with the 4-bank battery tender. I have four motorcycles in the garage and have shuffled four "single" battery chargers for years. This 4-bank system is remarkable easy to set-up and use. Plug it in and forget about it. I recommend getting 4 of the battery connection extensions because the connections on the tender are only a couple of feet long. Considered purchasing directly from Deltran, but then discovered it on Amazon.com for almost half the price. Heck of a deal.Want Battery Tender 022-0148-DL-WH 12-Volt 4-Bank Battery Management System Discount?
I purchased the 4-Bank after having the Jr. and the 2-Bank. The more I used the others the more uses I had for them. If I had known how much I liked and needed one I would have bought the 4-Bank first. One bad point are the leads from the charger about 6' you will need some extentions but they are not to much (cost), and come in many lengths and work perfect.Saturday, October 19, 2013
Cobra CPI-A4000BC 4-AWG Heavy-Duty AC Power Inverter Cable Kit
Also the crimp lugs supplied leave a tad to be desired, but they include some properly sized red and black heatshrink. You are supposed to put the stripped cable into the lugs then fold each half over the other with "electricians pliers" My professional crimper was able to fold them but not close them tight on the wire, so out came the persuader a 16 oz claw hammer and some cement. Yep that closed the crimp nice and snug on the wire. Now it has a good snug grip. I did buy some professional #4 lugs at the hardware store made of copper like a shiny penny and my professional crimper did those justice, so their lugs are a tad sub par but you can put them on with just about anything. Alternately I could have hit it with a propane torch and fed some solder to it, which I may still do if there is excessive loss in the cable. I prefer soldered connections wherever possible.
I also bought some nice bolt on attachments at the hardware store for $2/pr that have a bar which snugs down with 2 ea 7/16 bolts and nuts on the back side. Now that was a solid connection I drove the bolts home with my dewalt 3/8" impact driver and a 7/16 socket which grabbed the wire and would not let go, then gave me a big ring to tie to that did not look like someone pounded a crimp lug with a hammer on cement to make it grab!
I realize copper is expensive these days but this stuff was recycled 2 or 3 times over. New copper wire shouldn't look like a 1960's penny under the couch. It sure makes monster cable's oxygen free copper look bright and shiny by comparison. On the other hand, I did especially like the fact that the insulation is color coded properly, red and black. I have seen high current wiring kits where the wire's insulation is entirely black, entirely white, or some other way of not coding the positive and negative by insulation color. Even the space shuttle wiring is ENTIRELY white no matter what purpose it serves. The only identification each white wire gets is a black wrapper with a 4 or 5 digit number that is referenced in the schematics. Nasa's wire is also silver plated copper and thus carries the same current of cruddy copper wire 1 size larger with the same loss and less weight at 10x the price.
Other than the cruddy copper it's a good value you're getting 20 feet of #4 cable with precrimped lugs on one end and trimmable to length on the other end with a set of lugs you can pound onto the wire. It certainly has the heft of 20 feet of #4 too this shipped at over 5 lbs, most of which was the 2 pieces of #4 cable. It ran my inverter just fine so no harm.
You also get a green ground wire to tie your inverter chassis to whatever ground you have, be it in a car or a ground rod in the earth. Like me you probably don't think you need a ground for a battery powered device when wwas the last time you grounded your remote control? In theory ground wires should cary no current nor any voltage, but the spinning fan on the inverter can cause static electricity. You do need to equalize any static charge buildup or leakage in capacitors, or alternately stray magnetic fields causing voltage in metalic parts. Sure these are small voltages, between 0.5 and 2.0 V but they can flip a logic state if not returned to ground and also making troubleshooting a nuisance. While not absolutely necessary, if you don't ground it be sure that somewhere from the output path of the inverter to your load you have a GFCI plug. That way if the current finds another path back to the battery or to the inverter chassis it will cut off power in a fraction of a second preventing electrocution yours, not to mention damage to the equipment.
Keep in mind that #4 wire can carry 100's of amps (approaching 1000 amps) and will do a nice job arc welding. Once you get this installed treat it with a great deal of respect. Don't be shocked (no pun intended) when you make the final connection if there is a SMALL arc emphasis on SMALL the reason is that there are capacitors in the inverters that help to smooth out the current flow and they charge instantly when power is applied. When finished, disconnect from the battery. Use some extra caution when using tools like crecent wrenches around deep cycle batteries = don't bridge to the other terminal. I had an electrician drop a crescent wrench inside a pac bell phone central office onto the -48VDC buss bars that powered the building's phone switch. It didn't even blow the fuse just vaporized the wrench into sputter. We crawled down to the buss bars and there was nothing even resembling a wrench where it made contact with the -48VDC bars. This product box even has a warning that if you are not familiar with high current wiring have someone who is do it.Good quality cables, I purchased them for the cobra 1500 watt DC power inverter. the cables where a bit long for what I needed them for but I could always use the rest for other projects. They don't come with the 30 amp fuse though as suggested in the instructions. You don't really need the high amp fuse unless your using the DC power inverter and cables for an appliance that draws massive amps like an air conditioner or large home appliance in that case you should use a high amp fuse or your cables and power inverter may over heat and catching fire. I use my Cobra DC power inverter for my 1000 watt coffee pot and power tools like a drill and saw when I'm repairing or building a board fence in the pasture. The Cobra 1500 watt power inverter and cables work well for my needs, plenty of amps without heating up. I have a diesel 2500 Ram pick up and realized that the the engine compartment was limited on space to install the power inverter. If you have this problem you could do what I did, I cut a 2x6 board in the length of the passenger side battery and cut a groove in the middle of the board to run the batteries mounting screw though, it held the board tightly in place. I than bolted the power inverter to the board. Note: you have to mount the inverter to the board before you install it. So the inverter sits bolted to the side of the battery on a board facing up. The shorter you make the power cable the better your power inverter will perform. I used less than a foot of cable and I don't see it interfering with the battery in anyway. It works for me.

These are copper coated aluminum wires. Not copper wire. They are less conductive than copper wire of the same gauge. After reading the other reviews, I still decided to purchase this item. The cost of copper is quite high so I understand them wanting to reuse old material. The package includes two 4 AWG cables and, they claim one 8 AWG ground wire. While the 4 AWG power cables are close to that size, the ground wire does not even come close. The only thing 8 AWG about that cable is the insulation. The wire inside is, at best, a #12. I contacted Cobra to ask for a replacement for the ground wire, but they never replied.Would I buy it again, Yes but only because a high quality kit would cost at least $75.00.
