Kensington K39264US Travel Battery Pack and Charger for iPhone and iPod touch

Kensington K39264US Travel Battery Pack and Charger for iPhone and iPod touch
  • Built-in dock connector to charge your iPhone and flip-out USB tip to recharge without the mess of extra cables
  • Extends play time up to 23 hours music, up to 7 hours of video and up to 5 hours of talk time
  • LED battery gauge displays remaining battery pack power level
  • Perfect for long flights and small travel bags
  • 1A power for fast charging of your iPhone, including iPhone 4

Bought this gadget to take to WDW in Orlando, as it's very difficult to find places to charge an iPhone there. I charged the battery pack the night before we hit park #1 and when my iPhone got below 50%, I charged it...took about 30 minutes. Was able to recharge the iPhone several times like this on one "full-charge" of the battery pack. Had to recharge the battery pack after 3 or 4 days. I highly recommend this product if you are not going to be near electricity OR if you're taking and emailing/texting lots of photos which eat up some of the battery time.

I bought this for my business partner as he uses his iPhone 4 quite a bit and he cannot stop raving about how good it is. The shape of this device makes it really easy to use as a holder for watching a video while supplying battery power at the same time. A definite recommend!

Update: I notice that a similar version of this gets knocked for not working with the iPhone 4. This model does and would be the one you should buy if you have an iPhone 4.

This charger worked great on my most recent trip away from home. Though my iPod Touch battery life is quite good I still needed a battery backup and this Kensington K39264US Travel Battery Pack and Charger for iPhone and iPod touch unit worked like a charm. As advertised, when my iPod battery ran low I just plugged in the charger and continued listening to my music until my flight was over.

The unit arrived nearly fully charged and I topped it off by plugging it directly into a USB port on my computer using the built-in USB adapter. No extra cables! When I needed to use the unit to charge my iPod I just flipped up the top -which also acts as a stand -and connected it directly to the port. My iPod beeped and displayed it was being charged.

A day or so later I recharged my player again and still the charger was not exhausted. Quite impressive. Little blue status lights along the side indicate the power reserve in the pack so I knew when it was going to need another re-charge. Even after two charges I was only about half empty on the charger and probably could have used it for a 3rd charge before being completely exhausted.

I haven't tried any other charger but I am very pleased with the built-in USB plug and the attached flip-up cover/stand. There's no need to look for a replacement.

Good job, Kensington!

I was really looking for one or two of their ultra portable battery packs that they made in the past which was a great product!!

I had to settle for this. It is OK. When you get to below 20% on your phone this product does not charge your phone completely back up to to 100%, maybe 80 to 90% if you are lucky. (The old product did)

The compactness is Fine except you are trading width for thickness. So it will depend on how you are carrying it. It does charge the phone back to that 80% within I believe it was an hour or two.

The old did it in 1 hour. It is more contained then the the old (it had to be tethered by a cable) but I did not mind the inconvenience for an hour. Price about the same.

Both could charge via computer or AC. I would say if you can find the old one new I would snatch it up. This one I am reviewing is something you just have to settle for because nothing else on the market

is as efficient or reliable as the Kensington!

10 Watt Black Frame Mono-crystalline Solar Panel and Battery Charger

10 Watt Black Frame Mono-crystalline Solar Panel and Battery ChargerI was really impressed by the solid construction, the aluminum frame feels like it could withstand a hurricane. My multi-meter shows it outputting 11 plus watts in full sun, and it had no problem recharging a small deep-cycle battery during the course of a day. The cables are long and sturdy, with tight-gripping alligator clips. After reviewing several lighter duty options, I'm glad I got the higher end model. The quality of the components and construction really impressed me. A solid thumbs up!

Panel was received on time. Panel seems to work well as it maintains the charge on a 75AH marine battery which powers an automatic gate opener. Mounting was slightly difficult as it must be attached from the underside. I had afix brackets to the bottom of the panel and mount the brackets to an existing support pole.

Reduce dependence on buddy's noisy & smelly gas generator during weekend trips to beach shack. Week of rest after every usage.

Griffin Itrip Auto Universal Plus Refresh FM transmitter and PowerJolt Auto Charging for Portable A

Griffin Itrip Auto Universal Plus Refresh FM transmitter and PowerJolt Auto Charging for Portable Audio Playersthe clearest frequency to transmit on is 87.9. However this station is only available while the device is in international mode. Customer support will not tell you how to change the device into international BUT I WILL. Hold down the + and button for about 20 seconds. 'US" will flash in the upper left corner. Now press the + button until you see 'intl'. Now the device will unlock ALL frequencies 87.7 107.9. Use 87.9 or 87.7 for best reception. Also try changing from LX to DX (stereo to mono) because DX (mono) seems to give off a stronger signal without compromising sound. your welcome.

After reading other reviews, I was worried this wouldn't work well for us. But it does just fine.

Used it with Zune, iPod and iPhone without a hitch. Around town, a selected preset works the best and avoids re-tuning. On the road, click the button once when you encounter static or interference, and you are in the clear.

A hard wired connx would be better; this is a good second option.

Got this item to charge and play music on my Droid. However, it appears to have some issues with charging the Droid. It will start charging the unit for a few seconds or even minutes and then stop (even if the Droid isn't anywhere close to fully charged). The FM radio component seems to work well though, so I'm using it, but it's annoying of course to plug in both a separate car charger and the iTrip. Griffin's tech support has been helpful and quickly got me a replacement unit to try, but it has the same issue. I would only recommend this with the Droid if you are aware that the charging aspect of the iTrip may not work with it.

Finally a FM transmitter that is worth something....the sounds that came out were really clear, the range was good (my antenna is on the front of the car), and the smartscan worked great so that i could keep my eyes on the road for the most part....and the USB charger? great idea. i don't think you could do better for the price.

Want Griffin Itrip Auto Universal Plus Refresh FM transmitter and PowerJolt Auto Charging for Portable A Discount?

I've had a number of these fm transmitters. I had the first one Griffin released for the early iPods. I had a Transpod for the iPod Video. All worked very well. Easy plug and play. Never a problem.

I bought an iPod Touch and tried one of the docking units from Transpod. It didn't allow you to play video whilst plugged in. It also died after 24 hours so I returned it.

I bought one of these (much less expensive) Griffins as a replacement and it works great. I can set it up so my son can watch video whilst I'm driving. The sound quality is very good.

I've driven through cities with it and country and no problem. It's signal is powerful enough to drown out most local stations if I stray into an area where there's conflict. I've heard some newer models had to tone down the transmitter strength. This one doesn't seem toned down. I can use all of the stations without problem.

Design could earn it another star as the cables are a little long and having the transmitter in the middle is not the most convenient. But that's nit-picking. I can't see a real reason not to buy this. I see there's a white version around for less $$$ so that might be a better buy for the frugal.

Keyless Entry Remote Fob Clicker for 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo With Do-It-Yourself Programming

Keyless Entry Remote Fob Clicker for 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo With Do-It-Yourself ProgrammingI bought this because my remote quit working and wouldn't work after I put a new battery in it. I even tried the programming procedure described in the owner's manual, with no success.

The kit has one spare remote and very easy instructions to reprogram your new remote.

As a matter of fact it is possible that the only thing you really need is the instructions: When I received the kit, I tried the reprogramming procedure on my old remote and it worked! I didn't even need the new one. This is why I suggest you look online for the proper reprogramming procedure before you buy this; you may not need a new remote, just the proper programming instructions.

If you do need a new remote though, buy this. Don't go to a Chevy dealer; They'll charge you probably around $50 to reprogram your remote, and much more if they take you for a ride (like they tell you your car needs a new BCM for instance).

I received my remote yesterday afternoon for my 2003 Chevy Impala. It took me less than 5 minutes to program and be on my way to work. I am thrilled with the service and delivery as well as the ease of how it was programmed. The dealer wanted $55.00 for the remote and $75.00 to program it. Thanks.

Husky Liners Classic Style Custom Fit Molded Front Floor Liner for Select Ford/Mazda/Mercury Models

Husky Liners Classic Style Custom Fit Molded Front Floor Liner for Select Ford/Mazda/Mercury ModelsI have a Mazda Tribute 2008, which is pretty much identical to the Ford Escape. These mats conform to the exact physical shape of the driver/front passenger floors, with maybe 1/2 inch space on one side or the other. I'm hoping with some of the Summer heat the mat settles down and that "gap" disappears. It's not a really big deal though. They are also made of a light material, which is fine. In the picture, you might get an impression that it is a heavy rubber material or something. I'm hoping they otherwise last, and I'm looking forward to the easy cleaning job, whereas the manufacturer mats it comes with I had to scrub all the time :)

Nissan Quest Wireless DVD Headphones (Black, 1 Headset)

Nissan Quest Wireless DVD Headphones
  • Infrared Wireless DVD Headphones for Mobile/Vehicle entertainment
  • Durable and lightweight construction for comfort
  • Padded over-ear headphones for high quality sound
  • Folding, dual channel, auto off, adjustable headband
  • Free Shipping. 30 day money back guarantee. Batteries Included.

These are not Nissan OEM headphones but are generic headphones. They do not have the same build quality BUT they only cost $25 vice $108 for the OEM ones (if you get them through the dealer.) SO I don't know if they will hold up that well (not a big problem for me, my youngest is a teenager) but they work just fine in our 2009 Quest. My daughter does say that these are more comfortable than the OEM ones. I did toss the cheap batteries that come with them and used some brand name alkaline ones. If you need to save a few $$ (even on AMAZON the equivalent to the Nissan OEM headphones cost around $40 apiece) these will work fine.

PowerDrive RPPD1000 1000-Watt DC to AC Power Inverter with USB Port and 2 AC Outlet

PowerDrive RPPD1000 1000-Watt DC to AC Power Inverter with USB Port and 2 AC OutletInstalled on 2012 Duramax LTZ. I have a built in platform that goes across the backseat floor area. This is where I installed unit. Would recommend that you use nothing smaller than a #3 wire with an inline fuse in the 80 to 100 amp range. You can get those type at the WalMart car stereo area. I use it to power large box fans, charge 36 volt batteries, dremel, jig saws. Won't power circular saw though. Couldn't have a truck without it!

I bought this because I show dogs and needed some source of power for blow drying my dogs and sometimes for these outside shows you need to have a generator or motorhome... I really didnt want to haul a noisy generator around and we dont have a motorhome or RV. I saw this on amazon and thought it was worth a try and thought it was neat that it just runs off your car battery. It worked great the first time I used it I could use my heavy duty Kool Dryer to dry my dogs and other things such as hair dryer. I learned this was worth the money and glad i got it and tried it out. Highly recommend. A lot of people at the shows thought it was pretty cool and such a neat idea! :) Great service from the seller too. Came in great condition and as described!

Husky Liners Classic Style Custom Fit Molded Front Floor Liner for Toyota RAV4 for Select Toyota RA

Husky Liners Classic Style Custom Fit Molded Front Floor Liner for Toyota RAV4 for Select Toyota RAV4 ModelsRecently purchased a perfect condition 2007 Rav4 (4cyl 4WD). Want to keep the floors and mats in nice condition so I searched for liners and found these Husky's on Amazon. Little skeptical of the claim of a custom fit. Installed them today and they are wonderful exact fit and love the light but tough weight! Definitely recommend!

Simply, this item does not fit the 2007 Rav4 all that well. There is a gap of 1/2 1 inch on either side of the front liners, which will just be full of snow/ice/slush come winter. For the ridiculous price of what amounts to a piece of moulded rubber, I expect these to fit.

The liners for the 2010 Altima fit much better. Somehow, they got this one wrong.

Husky Liners Classic Style Custom Fit Molded Front Floor Liner for Select Ford Models (Grey)

Husky Liners Classic Style Custom Fit Molded Front Floor Liner for Select Ford ModelsWe have bought Husky Liners for other trucks and were in love with them, but this model didn't fit well at all.

These liners are great. They match the factory shape perfectly. The design looks like it will hold at least a quart of liquid. The spikes or the back side eliminate the possibility of slipping across the factory carpet.

2003 Ford F250 Super duty crew cab

Buy Husky Liners Classic Style Custom Fit Molded Front Floor Liner for Select Ford Models (Grey) Now

I got a set of these for the front seats of my 2006 F250 CC. I'm in and out of the truck a LOT in the winter, and in some pretty muddy places the rest of the year, and these are just what I was waiting for. They cover the ENTIRE floor area from the seat brackets all the way to the top/front end of the carpet, the vertical part of carpet on the transmission hump, and all the way to the door molding not a piece of unprotected carpet to be seen! The little "pocket" on the door side of the mat holds a pretty large amount of water, so even if you get in the truck with snow-covered boots and it all melts, it doesn't run off onto the carpet like other mats. The only issue I had was having to trim a bit off the edge with a razor blade in two places, where they didn't fit *exactly*.

Car DVR-2.7'' or 2.0'' LCD screen Rotating Dual Len Vehicle DVR Road Dash Video Camera Recorder Tra

BOOMYOURS 2.7' TFT 270°Rotating Dual Camera Lens HD Car DVR Vehicle Blackbox DVR with G-sensor & GPS Module & SD SlotWhile I agree the manual is horrible! I had to guess on how to set the Timezone. There is a config text file that is created on the memory card when you format it. Then put it in your computer and run the JPlayer app which will create a file called Default_Folder. If you go into that file and add a line [TimeZone]=-4 (for Eastern Daylight Time) your offset may vary, that will set the timezone to Eastern Daylight Time.

The video can only be viewed using the app that comes with the device and shows the x,y,z sensors. You can export the video to an .avi file but the sensor graph does not export the x,y,z sensors or the speed. Those are two big flaws.

Works very well so far, I like the GPS option. Download video to your computer and it shows your speed and route, pretty clear video at night, it's extremely dark where I live, no street lights, but works well with just headlights on. Night vision cam for inside vehicle not the greatest but works, overall it's a good dash cam

Buy Car DVR-2.7'' or 2.0'' LCD screen Rotating Dual Len Vehicle DVR Road Dash Video Camera Recorder Tra Now

I admit, the initial start up is a little painful because the manual has been poorly translated to English. This makes initial formatting of card and language selection a bit of guesswork.

However, aside from that just insert a 6 speed or above, 4-32gb mini SD card and youre rock and roll. The menus are simple to interface and adjustable while recording.

As far as the product being cheaply built...eh maybe not Sony standard, but it's effective and works. I think it's more of perception based on its simple design.

I've had mine operational for over a month now and not a lick of problems.

Read Best Reviews of Car DVR-2.7'' or 2.0'' LCD screen Rotating Dual Len Vehicle DVR Road Dash Video Camera Recorder Tra Here

As a gadget freak, I didn't really read the manual and I set everything up just fine. I guess people who actually read manuals are not happy with the instructions.

Pros:

two lenses

very reasonable price

GPS

not tested the G sensor yet

image is decent quality. Anything better will cost at least a couple of hundred dollars at least.

the software shows Google map GPS location while it plays. that's pretty neat.

Cons:

Card got stuck in unit inserting the micro SD card I was too lazy to unmount the suction cup and tried putting the micro SD card in, and it missed the adapting bracket, got stuck all the way into the unit. I had to remove four screws and pry it open a bit and shook it out.

SD card formatting a little untable: I'm using a 32G micro SD card and it works fine. At first I formatted the card using the camera, and it had a little flashing warning sign on top. and Mac OSX wouldn't read the card. So I went to a windows machine to format the card and the warning sign is now gone.

The last file is broken and needed repair: i didn't try repairing so i don't know how good it is, but it's spooky. say you have an accident and the unit loses power, leaving the accident clip in a abruptly cut off file that needs repair. not peace of mind. but for the price, this will do.

For the price I paid, and I'm not willing to pay 200 bucks, this works quite nicely with many features, with a lot of features. But it does take a bit of a techie if you run into minor issues.

Want Car DVR-2.7'' or 2.0'' LCD screen Rotating Dual Len Vehicle DVR Road Dash Video Camera Recorder Tra Discount?

I've bought this camera based on its OK review, I made mistake. All 5/4 stars reviewers mentioned good video quality, well I don't know what they are talking about but I can't even read a license plate on a car which is in a few feet from my bumper. Resolution is 640x480 but looks like sensor is so small... This product is just a joke. If you will get into a trouble (save you God from this) on the road it will not help you at all, especially in case of hit-d-run. Think about it. On other hand you get what you paid for. I understand well that I have to pay $300 (and buy a real HD camera) to be able to read all those characters on license plate from car ahead of me. This product is going back, sorry.
