Black Bull BFC12 Automatic Battery Float Charger

Black Bull BFC12 Automatic Battery Float ChargerI like the fact that unlike some other trickle chargers it specifically confirms when it is charging. I have one from Harbor Freight that only indicates if it is either plugged in or connected to the battery. If the battery leads come off it still shows that it's on just because it's still plugged in. The only improvement I would make is that the battery leads could stand to be longer.

I've had one of these float chargers on my C6 Corvette battery for 6 years. Maintains a full charge and doesn't boil out the battery. Works great on the yard tractor and generator battery also.Don't be fooled by the cheap price, it works better than one I spent $130.00 on!

4/3/2013 Unit still works fine.

This is a great trickle charger. The 'charging' light is a nice add to one I have that didn't include that. I got it for my generator that's used only when the power goes out so it's nice to know it's charged and ready to go when I need it.

Want Black Bull BFC12 Automatic Battery Float Charger Discount?

This product is supposed to be used to maintain a charge on a battery but I was able to fully charge a brand new uncharged motorcycle battery. I left it on there for about 48 hours just to be sure it gets a good charge and it worked. The product itself is not anywhere near amazing quality, but it gets the job done for such a small price so I can't take away any stars.

Husky Liners 35931 Classic Style Black Front Floor Liner

Husky Liners 35931 Classic Style Black Front Floor LinerThe floor mats fit great aside from the difficulty getting the 1/4 turn fasteners on my FJ through far enough to turn.

I purchased these molded floor mats, second row seating floor mats and cargo area mats for my 2012 FJ Cruiser and they fit perfectly. I still wanted the carpet mats that came with the vehicle but they wouldn't fit in the retainer with the mats in place. I solved this by using the adhesive velcro pads on the carpet bottoms and mat tops and the carpet mats don't slide around on top of these rubber.

I bought this stereo for my daughters car about 10 months ago from amazon.com. She just loves it. It plays the CDs without skipping a beat. She loves the fact that she can plug her MP3 right into the USB slot and it reads it without a problem. The radio picks up stations and delivers crystal clear sound. I was a little unsure about purchasing the stereo at such a low price, but, with my experience with amazon.com, I decided I would take the chance on purchasing this stereo. Much to my surprise, it was well worth my effort to purchase the stereo, and once again, it was another great product offered at a much lower price from amazon.com. 95% of my product purchases are bought through amazon.com. If you have never purchased products from amazon.com, you are missing out on a lot of great products that are priced way lower than any store or other sites online. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Koolatron 28-Quart Soft-Sided Electric Travel Cooler, Black

Koolatron 28-Quart Soft-Sided Electric Travel Cooler, BlackI will preface this review with this caveat: Auto coolers are not refrigerators. They will keep cold things cold, with help.

My husband drives a truck for 12-16 hours per day. He never stops, so I pack his lunch every day. He carries water, energy drinks, veggies, sandwiches, sometimes pizza, etc. He used a Rubbermaid cooler for a long time, but it was too small. He needed a larger cooler that would fit between the seats of the truck and have more space.

This cooler is HUGE. They make two smaller ones, but since I like to load it up with big ice packs, it's a good size. It'll never actually be full unless we take a trip with it, though. 2 liter bottles stand up in it and I'm guessing that six of them would fit. I load it up with 2 1.5 liter water bottles, a couple of 16 oz lowcarb Monster drinks, plus a sandwich, cherry tomatoes fruit and other snacks and the cooler is still about half full even with the two large blue ice bags.

The Koolatron does the job nicely. It will not cool warm things down well and if left on its own, cold things will start to warm up after 8-10 hours, so I put 2 large blue ice bags in the cooler every morning and they come back at night still partially frozen. Any leftover drinks are still cold.

I also purchased the power inverter so that I could plug in the cooler first thing when I get up. I then load the cooler and the ice bags right before he leaves. That helps considerably.

Is the cooler keeping things at 40*? Doubtful, but it's keeping them cold enough that drinks are refreshing and his food does't spoil. He keeps the AC on in the truck all the time, so the cooler doesn't have to work too hard.

A soft sided cooler like this isn't as effective as a hardsided cooler, so there's a bit of a tradeoff, but it's the largest one I could find that would fit where it needed to go (between the seats of a Peterbilt Daycab after removing the drink holders) and it's lightweight. The shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. By the time I load it down with a couple liters of water, drinks, ice and use the bungee on top for his paperwork, it weighs about 30 pounds or so. A hard cooler would be impossible.

The outside pockets are handy, you can even put ice in the drink holder (which will only hold a cup the diameter of a soda can). There's a mesh pocket in the back that's also very handy.

Overall, we're very pleased with this cooler, but unlike the another reviewer, our expectations were more realistic.

Great cooler, just remember to chill your products, and a blue chill block (couple of bucks at wally world etc) helps also. Put a weeks worth of sandwich fixin's in and the stuff was still cold a week later. Easy to transport, and just the right size for one person.

Buy Koolatron 28-Quart Soft-Sided Electric Travel Cooler, Black Now

I got this cooler in Late Jan 2011. I took it on a cross country trip even through West Tx, NM and AZ. This cooler kept our items cool and we made sandwiches along the way. I just got back from a trip where I did not have a refrigerator in the hotel room. I took mine in with cream for coffee, cheese and beefstick for late night sandwiches. I plugged it in (with the optional powerpack) and everything was still cold. I added a room temperature soda can on day two and by the time I got home the soda can was cold. I also had cold packs in this refrigerator and they were cold enough to ease sore muscles.

I also put all my items in this cooler cold and add an ice pack.

Update,

I just got back from a trip where I was driving all day. I packed my cold items in the cooler and put a pillow of ice on top. The ice pillows I refreeze each night when I am in a hotel that has a freezer. Most days I was driving 10-12 hours. I place the cooler in the back of my SUV and plug it in. I place light colored fabric on top to reduce the solar effect. Most of the driving days were 95-100 degrees. My food arrived cold and some of it was still frozen as I brought frozen food with me to eat at night and the ice pillows were still partially frozen. I will be going to Fl in a couple weeks and will be taking my cooler with me. It is doing a great job for me.

I purchased this cooler along with it's electric adapter. I love it. I've used it in work to keep my lunch cold (the adapter allows you to plug it into an outlet) and it's just like putting my lunch in a refrigerator. You can also plug it into you car's cigarette lighter (which we did on a trip) and that works great also.

Want Koolatron 28-Quart Soft-Sided Electric Travel Cooler, Black Discount?

We got this cooler due to its larger size, soft-sidedness, and cooling capability. We have two young kids and we do several family road trips, so we thought it would be a good fit for long journeys, especially keeping juice, milk, string cheese, etc. cool enough throughout the day. While technically the cooler worked, it could have been a lot better, and it really isn't worth the hassles or price for what it delivers.

Having read other reviews, here's what I agree with:

There's a difference between refrigeration and "cooling"

The cooler is quite large

Using this cooler did indeed keep items a bit colder than if we hadn't used the cooling function

However, these agreements don't cover the negatives.

While the item fits on the floor in front of the rear seat in our SUV, the fan is awfully noisy, and pushes out a bit of heat.

The durability and construction is questionable, as a few of the zipper pulls broke on its maiden voyage. We ended up using bent paper clips for the rest of the trip.

the side pockets don't offer enough elasticity to allow much more than paper, cards, or possibly a rigid string cheese stick

when testing prior to departure, the cooler struggled to keep the internal temperature below 66 degrees, even though items came from the fridge, and the house thermostat was set at 76.

After two days, the warm exhaust and droning noise in-vehicle were too much, so we unplugged it and used it as a soft-sided conventional cooler for the remainder of our trips. The cooling unit took up interior space, and the odd exterior pockets weren't useful, and the aforementioned zipper issue made using it less satisfactory than if we had picked up a different cooler for half the price (not even including the adapter).

Bottom line: we're hoping to get $15 at our next garage sale for it (including adapter). A bit of a waste.

Auto Socket Duplicator 5 in 1 Car Charger - 4 port 12V DC Plus USB Port

Auto Socket Duplicator 5 in 1 Car Charger - 4 port 12V DC Plus USB Port
  • Plugs into car cigarette lighter! 1-into-4 12V DC auto adapter, Simultaneously power or charge four devices!
  • Includes adapter plug, 50" cord and bracket for mounting anywhere in your car
  • One USB port with 5 Volt/ 1 Amp output to charge USB compatible devices
  • Built in fuse for circuit protection
  • 2 Year warranty

Only had this for a little over a week now, but it appears to be a solid splitter. The long cord provides the length necessary to power back seat devices from the dashboard panel. I have powered two portable DVD players, an iPhone (via USB port) and a GPS on it simultaneously and have seen no issues so far. Both the housing and extension cord appear rugged and sturdy. Port caps are fixed to the housing, so there are not "pieces/parts" to lose or misplace. Highly recommended.

Buy Auto Socket Duplicator 5 in 1 Car Charger - 4 port 12V DC Plus USB Port Now

I bought this to replace the Vision 3-way adapter which fell apart after just a few weeks of use. As soon as this one arrived, I knew it would be different. This is not cheap plastic and gimmicky blue LEDs. This feels like an appliance, not a gadget. It's solid and heavy, not particularly pretty, and has a serious power cord with an easy-access fuse right in the plug. I'm using it to power and charge a GPS, an FM transmitter, a Bluetooth headset, and a smart phone. Everything works perfectly. This unit seems well-insulated, too; the FM transmitter gets much cleaner sound when plugged into this than it ever did in my old splitter.

One star off for putting the USB port in the back. When installed inside the cubby in my dashboard, the back is not accessible at all. It's not a big deal for me, because I just put a little USB adapter in one of the lighter ports, but it's a dumb design. One other note: I didn't use the mounting plate (the spot is tight enough that it doesn't need it) but the included screws look like they're way too short for the job. A few times pushing and pulling on plugs, they would rip right out of whatever you had screwed them into. So, if you plan to mount this with screws, I recommend buying better ones.

All-in-all, I'm very satisfied.

I got this so I can plug in more than 1 thing and to not have cords running up the center of the dash. Works fine, just wish it had more mounting options. There is a plate that snaps on the back which can be mounted using provided double sided tape or 4 very small screws. The USB port is on the bottom so if you are mounting it very low make sure there is enough clearance for the cord to plug in and curve back upward.

Works as advertised. I was powering (2) portable DVD players through the "lighter" ports and (1) Ipad using the USB.

I read through the reviews of many similar products and they all talked about fuses blowing. I've had 3 devices plugged in for a week straight without any problems or blown fuses. Great product.

Edit: I've had this plugged in constantly and occasionally taken it on trips in other people's cars and still no blown fuses since Oct. 2011.

3 FlareAlert 9.1.1 LED Emergency Beacon Flares with Storage Bag

3 FlareAlert 9.1.1 LED Emergency Beacon Flares with Storage BagBefore writing this review, I made sure to look at the 1 and 2 star reviews (which made some valid points but not deal breakers for us). Why? Because we faced this situation: heavy snow, a car which broke down and low visibility. We immediately got out these flares and were happy to see that they were visible for some distance (to test this out, we stood away from the road, on the ground and far back from the car). One of the MAJOR advantages of this product is that each emergency beacon is magnetized and sticks to cars. I"m also getting another set because I think it is safer to have some behind the car as well as to the sideas well as on the car itself.

The bottom line is that they worked on a busy interstate and we could see cars taking care to avoid our car, long before they got within striking range. There were no screeching or skidding noises from those cars. Meanwhile, we stayed outside our car, since the temperature wasn't too cold. The beacons are noted to be able to be "run over" by a 6000 pound vehicle. I can't vouch for that because it didn't happen.

I do want to address the concerns of those who gave lower ratings to this product. Yes, it could be difficult to install the batteries for those with arthritis or any trouble pushing batteries into typical battery slots. Yes, it takes a bit of strength to move the top of the beacons counter clockwise to open the case (but not all that much). I don't work out enough to have more than average hand strength. But just to be sure, I had a 12 year old, a 50 year old and an 80 year old open the case. None of them do more than general household chores and activities. I don't know if multiple sets have reliability problems but we'll find out soon enough as I'm ordering more (and I'm revise my review if we had any difficulties with any of the beacons).

You do have to get the batteries firmly in place, nice and straight. The top of each beacon doesn't have enough space to accommodate batteries that stick up. This wasn't a big deal to us.

The kit also doesn't come with batteries but many products don't come with batteries so I didn't assume it contained batteries. The only decision we had to make was whether to install the batteries ahead of time or have them ready and waiting in the storage bag which comes with this product. In an emergency, it seems desirable to turn on the beacons and get instant safety. But if you install the batteries ahead of time you do need to remember to check them often enough to avoid battery leakage and potentially ruined beacons.

There is both a flash and steady option for the lights. If you use the flash option, you are supposed to get 60 hours of battery life. Thankfully, we needed only a few hours of time. If you use the steady light option (no flashing), you get only 20 hours of battery time. I think the flash option would attract more attention and that is what we used when in our emergency situation.

A MAJOR advantage is that the beacons are compact and come in a storage bag. Just stick the bag in your car's trunk or somewhere in the back seat or an over the seat storage pack and you're good to go. I'm definitely getting one for a son's car as well as my spouse's vehicle.

I got these emergency strobe lights for auto emergency kits and I really like them. If you use road flares, they will burn out after 30 minutes or so. If you use cyalume light sticks, they are not bright enough and can blow away. If you use reflective triangles, they are also not visible enough in snow or fog and can blow away. These strobe lights are very bright and the bottom is magnetic, so you can stick them to the roof of your car and they will be visible from long distances in heavy snow, rain, or fog, and will not blow away. There are two settings; the blinking red light and the steady always-on light. The only problem I found is that they are hard to open to put batteries in them, which could be a pain if you store your batteries separately and need to put them in during the cold or rain.

Buy 3 FlareAlert 9.1.1 LED Emergency Beacon Flares with Storage Bag Now

My Flare Alert arrived very quickly and I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase. The bag is sturdy and contains three pockets that safely hold each Flare Alert until you are ready to use them. (There's also room to store batteries inside if you don't want to actually put them into the light until you need to use it.)

Each light needs three AA batteries. I tested one and was amazed at how bright the light was. It literally hurt to look at it more than a few milliseconds. I'm positive that this would be able to viewed from a long distance. I stuck it on the fridge and the magnets worked fine.

It's a great little addition to any car emergency kit. Traditional flares can be dangerous and unreliable. These are safe, easy to use, can be seen from a greater distance, and are longer lasting.

They also have a variety of uses I could see someone using it to demarcate a driveway for visiting guests or as a night light for kids or even as lighting for a party (you might need to place some sort of lampshade or something over them as these things are really bright).

Read Best Reviews of 3 FlareAlert 9.1.1 LED Emergency Beacon Flares with Storage Bag Here

You know, it never ceases to amaze me how some people will never be satisfied. "Too small", "Not bright enough", "Too hard to open", etc. Okay, I read all these reviews, and wondered in my mind how good the FlareAlerts would be when I actually received my set. In all the criticisms that I read, there is only one I would tend to agree with, but it was not a "show stopper" in my mind. It is in fact true that the middle AA batter slot is a bit of a tight fit for a battery, but I had no difficulty in ultimtely getting the battery in place. As for the rest of the criticisms, I can only figure they are posted by overly fussy consumers. The bottom line is, it seems you can't please all the people, all the time.

These units are about 4.5 inches across and plenty sturdy in my opinion. They are >easy< to open. One thing I was searching for in the description and reviews was whether they were weather resistant. In short, they are. There is a small rubber gasket on the body of the unit where the lid contacts which should be quite effective in keep water out of the unit. As also reported, there are two operating modes one that keeps the light on continuously, and one that provides rapid flashing. The units come with a storage case (pictured) that also has two internal velco-secured compartments to hold the nine required batteries.

In terms of brightness, they are not as bright as the emergency flashers on your car. However, they are extremely bright, and can undoubtedly be seen quite a distance down the road. Looking at the unit from the top provides the brightest illumination (for instance, stuck magetically on a veritical plane on the back of your car) due to the design of the lens in the lid, however they are also plenty bright situated horizontally on the ground. When I looked at them directly from the top, I had to look away. That's plenty bright I think. I believe that if my vehicle was ever disabled on a dark and stormy night on a major Interstate, these three units spread out behind my disabled vehicle in flashing mode would attract a lot of attention. The proof in the pudding is the post from the user who actually used these in the conditions described, and who reported that people slowed down when they saw all the flashing lights. That's precisely what you want people to do, so in terms of the units "accomplishing their mission", I would say these lights are doing what they're supposed to do.

I bought two sets one for my wife, and one for me. After looking them over, playing around with them, and even putting one in the back yard at night to see how effective it would be, I would say these will also be Christmas gifts next year for some of the people I care about. I think they are a much better option than flares, which only last about 30 minutes anyway, and orange triangles which can blow over and are not as visible at night. The only downside is the nature of batteries. It's a good idea to replace them every couple of years to make sure you have full strength batteries on hand to power the units. Something you must remember to do just like changing the battery in your home smoke detectors in fact, not a bad thing to add to the list.

I think these units are a great idea and recommend them to all.

Want 3 FlareAlert 9.1.1 LED Emergency Beacon Flares with Storage Bag Discount?

About a year ago, my friend and I almost got killed changing a tire, following an accident on a very dark mountain road. Following this harrowing experience, I bought these LED flares and put them in my trunk.

Over this past weekend, I was following another friend of mine when suddenly, his right rear tire flew off his Jeep! (I clearly choose poor driving buddies). After we pulled to the shoulder and chased down his run-away tire, I set out these flares, and let me tell you... they gave us some fantastic peace of mind!

These LEDs are quite bright and do a great job of directing the idiots on the road away from my rear bumper. I highly suggest that everyone buy a set.

My only complaint: The power buttons can be activated while the flare is in the pack, leaving your batteries dead. Fortunately, I noticed this previously, and now just keep an unopened pack of batteries in the case, and only install them when necessary. That's the only reason this product didn't get 5 stars.

Schumacher SAC-109 Male-to-Male Connector

Schumacher SAC-109 Male-to-Male ConnectorLike other reviewers, the fact that the male ends only have one tension clip (every other plug I own has two) keeps it from staying in the socket securely. I thought Schumaker products were of a little higher quality, but it is made in china :-(

broke within 2 days had to take it apart and fix it the metal tip got stuck there is no spring inside just a bent piece fo metal pushing it out crap crap crap

Buy Schumacher SAC-109 Male-to-Male Connector Now

I bought this male-to-male Cigarette Lighter Adapter (CLA) cable for use with a Powerfilm F15-1200 folding solar panel/RA-9 Charge Controller setup and a small 12 volt lead acid Gel Cell battery during a 3 week missions trip to Haiti in June 2011. The cable worked to allow the connection between the panel's/charge controller's female CLA to the battery which I fitted with a female CLA. The problem I had was that the cable ends only have a single friction spring tension clip (or whatever that thing is called) to keep the plug in the socket. On the side with the Powerfilm panel/charge controller socket, it worked fine presumably because the socket was a tiny bit smaller than the the splitter I used or the female sockets I fit to the batteries. Perhaps these sockets are slightly too big, but the end of the cable that I stuck into the socket on the battery end would just pop right back out. It is pretty frustrating to set up your solar panel to charge a battery and leave; then come back hours later to discover that the end wasn't making contact and no charging happened all day.

To get around this problem, I add a couple small pieces of electrical tape stacked up on the side of the plug opposite the single spring tension clip. This gave enough extra friction to the clip and just made the plug "sticky enough" to keep it plugged in. With repeated insertion each day, before long the little tape stack would start to slide off and I'd have adjust or re-tape it.

If this cable had double tension clips like better quality CLA plugs have, this would probably not have been a problem. I could have not used this cable and just bought the male CLA adapter cable from Powerfilm ($), but it is easier to not have to undo their "marine grade" connectors to switch ends whenever I want to attach a little AA battery charger to the panel or just switch things around. This cable would be perfect if it would keep itself connected in the socket I stick it in without needing to rig it with tape.

When I first used, one of the terminal pins stuck inside the housing. I took it apart, the copper spring band had to be stretched out and I needed to resolder the cord to it before reclosing. Cheaply made, the pin still does'nt have much flex tension.

Want Schumacher SAC-109 Male-to-Male Connector Discount?

First, this item works. However, it has two drawbacks when using it for a small air compressor. The chord is short which makes it difficult to reach tires. Also, the male connectors do not make for a tight connection and tend to vibrate loose so I have to hold the end. It's OK for occasional use.

Accessory Power GG-FLEX-BERRY BlackBerry FM Transmitter & Car Charger Mount Flex Pod All in One Car

Accessory Power GG-FLEX-BERRY BlackBerry FM Transmitter & Car Charger Mount Flex Pod All in One Car Kit
  • Advanced Car Mount System charges your BlackBerry from the cigarette outlet.
  • Built-in cutting edge FM Transmitter at 88.1-107.0 MHz delivers hi-quality music through your car stereo.
  • 360 degrees rotating Flexible Neck holds your BlackBerry securely.
  • BlackBerry hands-free conversations through car speaker system.
  • Suitable for all BlackBerry models.

In theory, this is a cool gadget, but I'm not sure it's worth the money. (I use it for my BB Curve 8900 from T-mobile.) My top 3 "LIKES" is that my BB fits snugly in the holster, I can charge other devices using the USB plug, and I can now talk hands-free. My top 4 "DISLIKES" is that I have to turn the phone upside down in order for the USB port not to be blocked by the cradle, when I put the phone in the cradle, it sometimes depresses the voice dial button, the FM Transmitter is weak so if I want to listen to my music on my phone I will just use the speakerphone option, and because my cigarette lighter is low, I tend to bump into it when I shift the car into park. I will still continue using it, but it wasn't as awesome as I hoped it would be.

This is the second one of these I have purchased. It seems that they are inconsistent with the manufacturing of this device. They have a flexible neck so you can orient them whichever way you choose, however, the first one would flex and stay where you put it whereas the second one just popped back to the straight position. Not too useful there. Also, the output cord is fairly short and over time, it breaks due to being overflexed too much. This second unit I bought has a lot of noise as well in the output. Lastly, they seemed to have changed the cigarette lighter connector as this one is much shorter and doesn't easily make contact with my lighter socket since it's way down in the channel. I have to constantly push it in place. This is more of a band-aid product for me until I get a new car that has an auxiliary input but I'm very frustrated with it.

LCD Remote Car StartReceived this remote starter F10s last week. Installed it today, fairly simple installation when i followed vehicle wiring diagram from bulldogsecurity's website.

Took me ~2 hours for full installation, fairly simple, engine started the first time, door lock didn't work, had to supply seperate power +&to door lock wire harness and then it worked (this wiring in the F10s installation diagram). Light flashing (headlight/parklight) didn't work, checked the installation diagram, i followed it properly, checked the headlight/parking light output with a multimeter, nothing, this part of the circuit is dead. Checked the jumper settting in the control unit (the jumper was in wrong place not in default place as the installation instruction says: this means this is a previous problem, probably a returned/ failed control unit). put the jumper in the right place, still this circuit is dead. Tomorrow i will be calling 'speed shop' and ask them if they can ship me a good control box (the black box).

my observation & experience:

-easy to install

-microwave sensor purchased separately from ebay $15 with shipping works soso

-distance not 5000 meter, tested it to be between 500-700 meter (5000 meter is pure lie)

-a lot of mistake in the installation and owners manual (cheap company)

-remotes built cheaply, $ shop quality

-remote color won't change from green even after following owners manual and trying more than 4 times

-no dome light supervision (car's inside light won't turn on whan unlock button pressed, no circuit for this)

-company's (manufacturer's) website doesn't exist

-2 remotes its a +

-for start sensing, had to connect my own wire extention and make a coil in the distributor/ingnition wire. it would be better if it had a high voltage ignition sense and could connect directly to ignition coil, this would be more stable to sense if the car really started and running or not and would stop over cranking -

-remotes have rechargable battry like cell phones, its a + because a lot of car starters like prostart/coolstart/polarstart brands use 1/2aaa batteries and when those batteries are replaced the remotes dont work any more, have to go to a authorized dealer, pay them to reprogram the remotes +

-remotes came pre-programmed +

-overall for the price and functionality option (both remote starter and alarm), i am giving this product a 2* out of 5*

hope this information help other buyers like me.

I have done a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before purchasing an alarm and remote start system for my car. I wanted a reliable, durable, and long range alarm system with lots of features. The Advanced LCD Car Alarm with Remote Start 5000 meter max range from Spy Electronics USA was the best choice. I like it because of its very low price, high quality parts, excellent set of features, and 5000 meter maximum range! Installation was easy, but I took it to a local car audio installation shop!

Why pay more for other brands when this is works so great and at an awesome, lower price!

New PAD + 5 Buttons for Gm Remote KEY Keyless Car Case No Chips Inside

New PAD + 5 Buttons for Gm Remote KEY Keyless Car Case No Chips Inside
  • 5 Buttons:lock unlock trunk panic and Start
  • GM/L: 22733524
  • Perfect replacement for the original motors and make you key like new.
  • Produced by high quality material and meticulously crafted.
  • This product is not an original product, before buying please note

I was willing to take a risk on these because the price was so cheap, my expectations were quite low. The case actually feels more sturdy than the originals, could be my imagination. I bought 2 of them and replaced the factory one that had broke, the other is in a drawer in case the other factory one breaks. In the past I had just purchased new remotes and depending on the vehicle programmed them myself or the dealer had to do it. With these, you simply pull the circuit board and battery from the old and slide it into the new and you are done. Nice product.

Try this before buying a new remote. My fixed the problem and works great. I don't even remember the one from GM working as well as this one. I was worried that the remote start wouldn't work but it works like a charm. What a great buy.

Want New PAD + 5 Buttons for Gm Remote KEY Keyless Car Case No Chips Inside Discount?

My dog chewed up the original case and did a slight bit of damage to the circuit board. I reckoned it wise to try spending ~$10 on a new case before spending $100+ on an all new remote. The good news is that the cheaper solution worked. The bad news is that the replacement, purchased from Your Keyless Remote, seems to be of low quality.

The product is described as "high quality material and meticulously crafted... This product is not an original product, before buying please note." The two halves of the case I received don't fit together very well. The holes on either half for the keychain don't lineup nearly as well as they should. In other words, it's an acceptable replacement -not a good one, and far from being "meticulously crafted."

Actually works better than the keyless remote that came with my car. I will be buying another from this company, highly impressed. :-)

Optima Batteries 8002-002 34 RedTop Starting Battery

Optima Batteries 8002-002 34 RedTop Starting BatteryGreat for vehicles that sit. Discharge rate is a fraction of a regular lead acid battery.

I bought the red top in July, 2009, for a kit car I am building. Just got around to installing in car and find it will not hold a charge. Contacted Optima for their help under their 3 year free replacement (also shown on Amazon web page) guarantee. Optima says Amazon is not an authorized seller of their products (even though there are thousands of their batteries listed on Amazon), and they could not do anything for me. Amazon says the battery cannot be returned to them or replaced. What do you think is going on here? Smells like fraud on someone's part to me. Was promised a call back from an Amazon supervisor, but nothing yet.

Update, after discussions with two customer service reps. and a supervisor, Amazon has agreed to honor the warranty from Optima. They will reimburse me the cost of the battery and I can then order another one. Not sure why they could not just send me a replacement. But, I am getting another one, and that is all I wanted.

The Optima Battery is the best battery to buy if you want to make sure there is no corrosion or leakage.

PURCHASED THE OPTIMA BATTERY BECAUSE OF THE GREAT REVIEWS. AMAZON PRICE WAS ABOUT 40 TO 50 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN I COULD GET IN TOWN, PLUS NO TAX. PREVIOUSLY HAD TWO DURALAST GOLD BATTERIES THAT LASTED LESS THAN A YEAR WITH MY 7.3 DIESEL ENGINE. ID RATHER SPEND A LITTLE MORE $$ THAN DEAL WITH THE AGGRAVATION OF BEING STRANDED SOMEWHERE. LETS HOPE THESE BATTERIES LIVE UP TO THEIR REPUTATION.

I bought these batteries for a 2004 Dodge truck with the Diesel engine. One of the stock batteries split open at the negative post. The other was about to split. Both stock batteries were leaking acid. I bought the Optima batteries based on my experience with never having one leak acid, break, or clean corrosion around the post. The new Optima batteries are working fine, will see how they do five years from now.

Thanks,

Adonis

E-Z-GO 609628 Battery Lifting Strap For T105 Battery

E-Z-GO 609628 Battery Lifting Strap For T105 BatteryTrojan golf cart batteries (for which this strap was designed) are heavier than regular 12 volt car batteries. They also don't come with handles, like regular car batteries, hence the need for this battery strap. The problem that I encountered with this strap was the material that the strap is made of. It is a type of soft vinyl. When it gets hot, like from lying in the sun,(I live in a Phoenix suburb) it gets softer. When it gets softer and you pick up a battery, the strap starts stretching at the top rivet on both ends. The top rivet hole becomes a stretching rubber band on both ends. I made it from the patio to the trailer with both batteries, but it was getting longer with each step, It went back to original shape as it cooled, Don't let them lie in the sun.

Sent me two different kinds of straps one narrow wide hook. Poor communication . pleh! ............ ..............
