2006 06 Nissan Altima Keyless Entry Remote - 4 Button

I received this remote earlier than expected. It was a replacement for my original that got broken and kept falling apart. The instructions for programming this remote were very easy to follow and only took a few minutes before the new remote was programmed and working with my car. A dealership would have charged 2-4 times as much or more for this replacement FOB. I am very pleased with this product thus far.

My wife (who I love very dearly) washed and dried her keyless remote, it was toast. Purchase two new keyless (backups are good), programed then both myself, it took like 10 minutes easy as pie (no bull).

So far these are great. They all fit very well and I continually receive comments on how good they look. I have the gray interior and went with black mats and they compliment each other very well.

This fits very well overall and I was quite surprised at how exact it is engineered to fit all the little odd shapes. I was a little concerned at first that the liner would cause the gas pedal to get stuck if it got caught on it, but haven't had any problems so far.

I put a set of professional 2-gauge, 20 foot long jumper cables in this little bag, and they fit fine. If those will fit, any other cables will too.

The cloth is thick enough to resist snagging and tearing, and has a small outside pocket for something very tiny (the pocket is too little for anything big). Compact, and fits well in the trunk, yet sturdy enough for the weight of the cables. Very good, as long as you aren't planning on putting too much else in there. A set of rubber gloves, wipes, and small flashlight might fit, but nothing big.

This is my 5th Bucket Boss product and it's great. My jumper cables, tie downs, flat tire fix, and a couple of other goodies are in the bag. It fits real neat under the back seat of my F150 out from under anyone's feet. Well made and looks good. I'll probably get more of their stuff soon.

Trust me, there is a good reason why these chargers are dirt cheap. I received two of them, and they were BOTH defective!

On the first charger, the light on the charger turned green when I plugged it into the 12V power port on my car, but it would not charge my iPod Photo. I noticed that the light on the charger itself blinked red for a split second when I plugged it into my iPod, but then quickly returned back to green and did nothing particually useful after that.

It took two full weeks to finally receive a replacement from "BargainCell", which was unfortunately ALSO defective. This charger was a different model than the first one, which had a red light that turned on when I plugged into the 12V socket. When I plugged it into my iPod, it started to charge for a few seconds, only to "reboot" quickly after that. My poor iPod kept restarting itself every few seconds, until a bad battery icon showed up on the screen and the iPod froze. My hunch is that the second charger was not sending a steady voltage to the iPod, which was causing it to crash.

Fortunately, my iPod did not seem to be damaged by either of these defective chargers. The iPod still charges when I plug it into my computer, and continues to play normally. I also know that the 12V power port on my car is not the cause of this problem, either, as I'm using it to successfully power both my GPS and my cell phone charger.

The most annoying thing from this experience is that I needed to go to the store and spend far more on a working name brand car charger for my iPod after wasting three weeks with these pieces of junk. Please learn from my mistake, and steer clear of this garbage.

This charger is dirt cheap for a reason!! It is horrible!! When I first used it, I was dissapointed right away with the 2 foot extended chord (pretty much max lenth), because unless you have a car charging port right next to you, it is almost impossible to use your ipod while charging it. Also, when I first plugged it in, the charging indicator light was RED! What a dissapointment! Finally, much like in the first review, my 30 gig video ipod showed identical symptoms to that of the first reviewer's. It continually restarted and shut off from the insufficient power supply, and would freeze on me as well. I as well went home later and plugged my ipod into the computer, and it worked just fine.

The product works fine.. But you know what, they just send by USPS, but charge a lumpsum shipping compared to product price.. This product is larger than anticipated making it difficult to mount in a crowded engine compartment. The instructions for a GM Delco alternator system are incomplete making installation almost impossible. NOCO does not answer emails about the incomplete instructions. Battery cables are needed for installation and NOCO will not send their catalog so that cables can be ordered. Forget it if you live in a small town with limited access to cables, etc. Do not buy.

UPDATE 2/05/12 Amazon is allowing me to return all six reels I bought with them paying postage, even though I bought them nearly a year ago. I have no need for spools of fake copper wire made out of 95% aluminum.

UPDATE 2/03/12 just today I became aware of the review by Kyle A. Stein, to see it click on the reviews of the black color of this same wire, BC4B-100. He reports that it only has a trace of copper and it's mostly aluminum. I will be contacting Amazon about possible fraud.

I just took delivery on a spool of this in black and a spool of it in red, and I'll describe it here... but first, I'd like to ask anyone out there if this is really copper wire.

IS IT?

Amazon is a nice buying experience usually, but in some cases like this there is no way to get a quick answer to a question, I don't know if I should return it or not.

The wire is silvery-color instead of copper-color. Now this could be because it's plated in silver or tin, which would be ok, or it could be that it's steel wire, which would not be OK. Wish me luck in figuring that out. The description claims it to be copper wire, but it is not copper color.

It is also not what one usually thinks of as battery cable, which is that fairly-rigid stuff that battery cables are made out of. This has much finer strands, and to my eye looks a lot narrower in the total strands than 4 gauge battery cable.

It is limp as a noodle, also unlike normal battery cable, and I assume it is more for installing stereo systems than being used as robust battery cable.

Any recommendations out there for how I can tell? I think I'll probably be returning it, because it simply isn't regular battery cable wire. But I might keep it IF it turns out to be copper wire.
