Pure oxygen free copper, ample amount of cable, interconnets are quite unrobust but all in all a very nice kit for a lite duty hook up and at 13 bucks including delivery, what can you say?

Battery Disconnect Switch with Key

I wanted a cost-effective way to turn off my battery power to my RV, and this seemed to fit the bill. I especially liked the fact that it has a weather cover when the key is not inserted, and when it was, the boot also kept the weather out.

Well I drilled the necessary holes in the battery box cover and made the installation, hooking up the battery leads last and then installing the cover back onto the battery box. That was it! Works beautifully. I put a keep string to tie the key on to the RV when it is being used, as I don't want to risk losing the key.

Product came in quickly and is doing its job but not without an issue. When I initially installed it, it would not cut the power off to my RV. After breaking the nuts loose to take it out I decided to check one last time and it was working. Re-tightened the nuts was not working again. Apparently, if you "over-tighten the nuts it will cause this to malfunction and not cut the power off as it should. Not sure why but, this was my experience.

Below par is an understatement. Definitely low quality. Remote I received was NOT the one pictured here. Looked more like one you'd find in a kid's toy box. It worked fine the first night and that's about it. Didn't work after that. The charger portion is the only portion that still works. Don't waste your money!

I ordered this from CrazyOnDigital. While they did ship quickly and I received the item on time, the remote was not what is advertised here.

Quality is way under par. No remote was included. Would have returned it but not worth the hassle.

I just purchase this device from Amazon, though I love buying from Amazon they really should pull this item from its servers. The sound quality is so bad, things like poor reception from being low powered, mono sounding, no punch in the drums, and the transmitter is completely inferior to other devices on the market. Geffen has been getting away with this crap for far too long with the itrip and now the iphone transmitter. You literally have to keep the transmitter right by your car radio to prevent noise and interference

I would really like to prevent people from buying this device if I could.

I recently purchased this charger to keep my car battery from dying when I do not use it for a week or so. I have other Go power products and I have had good sucess with them. I unfortunately had my battery die on me when I left my car for a week without starting it. I figured this might work instead of buying a new battery. So far it has worked. I plug it into my cigarette lighter and put it on the dash whenever I am going to leave the car for more than a day. I have tried it after a week of not running the car and the car still started. I would recommend this product.

Its OK, does not work unless your battery is completely charged and good. will not charge a low battery, which is what i needed, but will work to keep my mower/tractor charged during the winter months without using an extension cord.

Oh boy... Let me tell you my story:

I don't drive my car much so I figure these things would keep my battery in good shape.

I bought two of these, figure if it works, I'll give one to my friend.

My battery on my car still works fine, just low since I don't drive it much.

I installed the device, 2~3 days later, when I try to start my car, it won't stop at all and no power to the car whatsoever, if I didn't install this thing, my car would still start, this thing not only didn't charge my battery, it did the opposite and drained my battery at a faster rate than it's natural 1% per day drain.

You thought maybe the product is DOA? Well, I installed the 2nd one since I bought two, 3 days later, still no power.

Conclusion:

This thing does not charge a 2008 Toyota Yaris, not only it doesn't charge, it also drain possibly harm your battery, I'll find out later today when my friend comes over for a jump start with a jumper cable, if it still doesn't start, then this product killed my battery when my battery was fine before I installed this, I really hope this thing didn't kill my battery.

Since my car is a pretty typical common economical car, if it doesn't work for my car, it wouldn't work for many cars out there, so beware. I would recommend those portable jump starter device, those are similar to the way you use a jumper cable and jump start with another car, except it has a battery to it so you don't need another car to do it.

The truck that pulls my RV is parked most of the winter. By plugging this in and leaving it on the dash I have been able to avoid jump starting the vehicle and I am sure the battery will be better for being maintained.

After 10 days the blue light started flickering on and off. The unit would charge an iPhone only if both cords were inserted but not if both were actually being used. If I plugged an iPad into the other cord, I got an error message that charging was not supported with this device. If I left the cord in and unplugged the iPad, it charged just fine. If I unplugged the 2nd cord I got the message again that charging isn't supported.

The best thing about this charger is the price. I am not out much.

I bought this little guy to add my Sundown SD2-8" sub back in the mix. I have the SD 8" wired at 2ohms in a sealed underdash box (~.27) in my 2012 Smart Passion Cabriolet. The sub is rated 300 RMS but being a Sundown can always take more but I didn't want to have to modify the box and with the Alpine PDX V9 taking care of the rest of my speakers didnt want to add that much more power just for that lil sub upfront. I was a little reluctant to buy the M250 but all Alpines come with higher birthsheet scores than advertised so I figured it would be close enough to 300 RMS that I wouldn't know the difference and I was right. It came rated either 271 or 291 kinda hard to read. It does the job i intended it for perfeclty and was easy to tune as most Alpine amps are. It fits perfectly behind my passenger seat and is about half the size of the PDX amp. The only negative is I am not a fan of the screw smash type power and output terminals but that is just me. If you have a 300 RMS sub wired for 2 ohms get this little fella. At Amazon prices this is best quality for this price you will find. I wrote a review on the Alpine PDX V9 so if you are interested in the rest of my set up it is in there.

I ordered the wrong amp so I don't really know how well it would have worked. It's def a nice small package though, great for under a seat or small space.

Bought this meter to monitor a deep cycle battery in a camper. It was easy to wire correct polarity unlike a previous one that I ordered and returned to Amazon. I found a website called modified power wheels. I saw some examples of what some people were using on their Power Wheels (PW) and was not satisfied at all the stuff was way too big for a little power wheel. Easy to wire and it worked flawlessly for 2 weeks. It stopped giving an accurate reading for unknown reasons..Product is way overpriced for the shortlived performance . I was surprised when I received the indicator and saw how tiny it was. Hooked it up with a toggle switch that I purchased separately and it worked fine for a short while..I thought that my battery (a $650.00, 250ah, 12 volt agm solar batt) was faulty. Ran checks on my other batteries and got the same results and so concluded that the purchased indicator was faulty..Don't buy the product.

The indicator has four connection points. They are marked + negative and C ignore the blank one. As the instructions state. Attach pos to pos and neg to neg. directly onto the battery. Then attach C to the positive connection on your accessory or whatever you're running.
