This adapter does exactly what it is intended for. Connected to the kicker Hideaway sub. You need a pretty small Phillips head screwdriver to tighten down the connection but that's no biggie. I like the fact that the connection is protected by the plastic housing which means it won't short out if it touches something metal. The length of rca cable that is attached was more than enough for my use but was also not excessive. Overall worth the money.

This is a real fine cable connect, The Kicker 2010 Z series amps auto detects high and low levels, and you will not have the need for a high/low level converter. If you need to run your Kicker Z series to a set of high level outputs. This will make your work much cleaner, It takes away the need for splicing into a set of RCA cables to run to your high level speaker output wires. This is a worth while purchase.
A necessary accessory to make easier the connection of the Kicker Hideaway Compact Powered Subwoofer to the main source(sound and electric).
