I scoured the posts on my batteries in my golf cart 6 months ago. I was surprised to see acid and corrosion buildup a couple of weeks ago. I used this terminal protector to see if I can slow this buildup down. The only thing I didn't like was the way it went on. I was expecting some type of foam to appear to seal the entire battery post. It came out in spurts and it was hard to get the entire post and battery cable protected. I'll check the batteries again in a couple of months to see if this really works.
