I rated a "1" because there wasn't a "0" option. I have two remotes that both worked perfectly fine but the keys were worn and one was broken where you attach it to your key chain. It seemed these "cases" were the perfect solution. Until ...I received them. When I put the remote's internal part into the "new case", nothing happened when I pressed the buttons!! I wrote to request a return of the items. Not only did I get a flat out refusal, I also had the displeasure of receiving an email from the store manager that I felt was rather condescending. I felt the wording addressed me as though I were an imbecile. So, although I didn't like the product, the low opinion is more about the seller. I won't ever order anything from them again. For those of you that do, I wish you better luck.
