Does what I need it to do at a decent price. Disappointed that it's slightly too big. I don't like having to use shims on battery terminals. Different metals lead to corrosion faster when electricity is involved. I got the proper positive and negative terminals & both are slightly over sized.

The negative terminal fit the post fine but for some reason the positive doesn't have a tight fit. No matter how much you tighten it. Badly constructed.

This terminal is fantastic EXCEPT that it was WAY TOO BIG for the positive battery post. I had to buy a battery terminal cap from the auto parts store for a couple bucks, then everything was perfect. Just plan ahead so you don't find yourself half way through installing on a Sunday afternoon without any stores open. Otherwise, I highly recommend this piece. Other terminals I've used with the allen screws clamping the terminal to the post stripped out so easily I couldn't even get a decent connection. Tried several brands, the metal is just to soft for that type of design. This traditional nut and bolt is the solution, and the versatility of this unit is great. For even more versatility I replaced the allen screws on top with pan heads and attached other accessories with ring terminals.

This product looks great but good luck fitting it onto your battery terminal. It is too big. I really wish this would of fit correctly.
