I ordered 2 of these headsets & was happy when they came within a couple of days. We opened 1 of the headsets, inserted the batteries & even during these 1st few moments I noticed that they seemed of poor quality. Once we tried to use them in the mini-van, the kids couldn't get them to work. In trying to fiddle with the volume & channel selector, the foam ear piece fell off of one ear. By the time I worked with the headset for a few minutes, the 2nd foam ear piece came off. I am returning the 2nd unopened set & chalking the broken set up to experience. You truly do get what you pay for.
