I have a Black Widow alarm from 1999 in my 98 truck. The remote came with instructions for the compatible alarm systems. The instructions I had from the installation manual were the same.

The remote is new and the size is the same, the button 2 shows a trunk and it does not match my particular remote specs. Just a detail that does not affect functionality but keeps me from giving it 4 stars.
