I bought this item because the unlock button from the remote I had didn't work, so the new one they sent me works to lock and unlock but the panic button does not! and i can't turn my car on using the remote becuase the upper button that is used for that locks my car also! The remote is simply messed up.

Fob programmed perfectly even the remote start. I had the dealer program the fob when doing other work. The fob is actually more sensitive than the original fobs.

The description for this remote was totally misleading. I had ordered it for a 2008 Chevy Cobalt.
When I took it to the remote to the dealer we found it is for a Chevy SUV not a Cobalt.
However the dealer was able to program it to operate the doors and panic button but not the remote
