Don't bother buying this if there is any distance between your window and the lighter plug in. Mine broke within 2 months of use. The cord does not stretch easily and broke away from the plug it no longer works at all!
Do not buy this product for the Streetpilot C550---it is not the charger for that model (as advertised) rather it is a mini-USB connection---works great for cell phones but not as a charger for the Streetpilot.

The contacts on the GPS holder broke off. This USB charger solved the problem at a total cost of less then $5.00.

this is not made for 2610/2620/2720/2730/28207200 and 7500 they have no battery to charge and the port this would plug into is for USB cable to PC not a power port.

You simply can't beat this for the money if your in the market for an after market charger for your garmin gps.
