I have tried 4 headsets/headphones with the unit, following syncing directions carefully. I am an advanced tech user, with more than 30 years experience with high tech. The BLueSense Transmitter does not pair with anything I have tried. The company support phone number has no technical assistance and an email to them has gone unanswered. I will be returning the item.

Update: went back to first headphones tried and started again. It connected this time, so now I can listen to my Kindle with this unit. The other three still will not connect. Sound is very clear and clean.

Update 2: Tried it with two more older headsets and the GOgroove would not pair with them. Got a response from the company but it simply repeats the directions that came with it. I also tried reverse pairing with all the headsets and it did not help.

Update 3: It does pair with bluetooth speakers since it paired with two I had, the easiest was the Creative D90. What I have found in my extensive testing is that it does not pair with anything that normally requires a pairing code, such as cellphone earpieces. It does pair with headsets made for mp3 players and bluetooth speakers, but with some you have to reverse the pairing order.... first on, second on, etc. It should not be advertised as pairing with just about anything.

I love this item. I use it to watch Netflix on my Nook so I don't disturb my wife and I don't have to worry about the wires on my other headphones. It pairs with bluetooth headphones easily and work great.

It does exactly what I need it to do. Enabled my Motorola S805 Bluetooth D.J. Style Stereo Headset to be paired with my TV, with the help of a connect cable "2 x RCA Male / 1 x 3.5mm Stereo Female, Y-Cable, 6 inch" which is used to convert my TV's audio output to 3.5mm jack.

Pros: tiny in size, extrememly compact and slick. Clear sound, no sensible delay.

Cons: have to do the pairing job each day when i start to watch the TV. Looks it lost pairing info after sleeping.

Item advertises "home Theatre" I ordered to use with my Television to Bluetooth Speaker. Often there is a lag that is unacceptable. Second it needs to be repaired to the headphones constantly. I'm returning and buying a more expensive one.

I have a bluetooth headphone and a speaker, originally bought for my ipod. Lately I wanted to use them with my TV and Kindle Fire. I found the GOgroove transmitter. Because it was not as expensive as other similar products, I decided to give it a try. And to my surprise, it paired successfully with each on the first try. I couldn't be happier!

Update 12/5/2012: I have to downgrade it to 3 stars. After a couple of months of light use, it suddenly cannot be turned off. It keeps blinking and searching for signals until the battery is depleted.
