This is my 2nd key fob from the company. The shipping is SUPER fast, and the instructions are clear and accurate. However, the key fobs are poor quality. My 1st key fob lasted about 9 months before it completely stopped working. New batteries did not help. This new key fob works, but only if I'm about 6" from my door...at that point using the key is just as easy! I thought it might be a battery issue, but a new battery did not help the range.
