It really works. A bit confusing to figure out the directions, but part of that is because it's hard to get to the connections in the Ford Sport Trac in the first place. The cord is a bit long, wish there was a good way to shorten it up,had to roll it up and jam it in the right front kick panel. I would have assumed that the item would have been made for the Ford Sport Trac the manufacturer would have know how long to make the cord from the connection to the iPod. But it works and makes my '07 Sport Trac w/o an MP3 connector that much better. Called technical support and they were very helpful.

I got this as a Christmas gift from my wife for my 2007 Ford Explorer (with sirius receiver). It took about 3 minutes to install and works like a dream! The only down side is that you can not shuffle on the fly from your car stereo, otherwise it's worth every penny!
