Came timely as advertized. Working fine to extend the life of my battery that will be outside during the cold winter months ahead.

The pad heater appears to be the inside of a heating pad without the cloth cover. a regular heating pad would cost less.

This warmer is a requirement here where it gets -60 below, funny thing is in the packaging it warns not to use it as a warmer pad for batterys, so not sure what to tell you except that it most likely is a company covering their butts from a law suit after somebodys car burns up.
