The circular port where the wire connecting the solar panel to the rest of the system is broken, meaning that we can't get any power from the solar panels. We still have a few weeks until our departure to a rural area so we still have time to get the product replaced. We tried to fix it ourselves, but to no avail. The box also came dented. We haven't had a chance to test it yet, but two stars in the hopes that it will ultimately work as expected.Save 33% Off
