Good concept. Poor execution. Gravity. 'Nough said. Could be better in a non-vertical socket, but it shifts downward when plugged into dash socket in our SUV.
I needed some thing easy to get my iPhone 5 in and out of quickly and hold it securely that would allow me to look at it while I drive if needed (gps directions etc.) This is perfect. It fits in my cigarette lighter and holds in place (mine is a vertical plug in holding it straight up as it is beside the shifter). I have purchased the Micro USB adapter to Apple Lightning connector and I can charge it through the USB port with the included cable. I am able to adjust the display to hold in place either portrait or landscape mode. I recommend this product.

nice idea but a bit heavy wants to fall out of the socet every 8 miles or so, the cord that came with it does not work with my phone so I will need to buy a different cord for the iphone 5

Idea is good but construction is flimsy, does not fit properly to the car cigarette lighter.
Its too long when put, after sometime it will knock out of the position. Not worth the money

The product is solid and works well with any USB cable that you provide.
The only issue is the lighter adapter. Most are very shallow and since this is a heavy with a cell phone, it's easy for this adapter to for the charger not to stay connected.
