I had broken the OEM TPMS sensor on my 2008 Smart Fortwo. My local tire store couldn't come up with a replacement on their system. I purchased this one from Amazon and it was a direct fit. You do have to drive the car for 10 minutes or so before the system finds the new sensor. Many people will want to buy these sensors to go into new rims for winter tires or flashier wheels.
These fit my car perfectly. The guy from Mercedes Benz said they were the exact same ones that they use. They were more than half of what I would have paid for them from the car dealer.
