WCI Quality Bluetooth Audio Music Streaming Transmitter With 3.5mm Stereo Output - Add Bluetooth To

WCI Quality Bluetooth Audio Music Streaming Transmitter With 3.5mm Stereo Output - Add Bluetooth To Your MP3 Player, iPod Or Kindle Fire And Other Audio Devices, And Connect To Bluetooth Speakers Or HeadsetsI am so sick of wires! bottom line there is no point to them anymore. So i was stoked to find something that turns almost any device into a bluetooth player (ok not iphone 5 like the other guy said) but almost everything else. It really is A cool little device that connects my iPad and mp3 player to my Bluetooth headphones. I use it on the plane and in the gym mostly...no wires, way more better! Sounds the same as my wired headphones but no tangles. It says you can connect to speakers but I haven't tried yet but it works great with my headphones and the price is right! Good product.

When this device works and pairs itself with headphones, it works great. But pairing with headphones that dont have their own display like phones so, can be troublesome. So its hit and miss when it decides to pair!

I bought this to be able to use my older iPod Nano and iPod Classic with a Logitech UE Mobile Boombox. I was happy to open the box and find that the dimensions are actually 1.65 x 1.25 by .33 inches, not the 5.1 x 4.4 x 0.9 inches in the product description and that it appeared to be a solid, well-made product. Sadly, it does not use the standard micro-USB port for charging, but rather a 2mm round charging port requiring that you carry the included charging wire when you travel.

It paired pretty easily. I don't know if my particular product is defective, but after a few seconds to a minute, the sound starts breaking up. I have tried it with a few different sound sources and the result is always the same.

Also, sometimes it pairs immediately, sometimes you have to try a few times. It says in the poorly-written manual that it will pair automatically to the same device next time which it never does.

This is quite a surprise.

I was looking for a Bluetooth transmitter to beam my AppleTV audio to my wife and me at the bedroom. We love to watch through our projector on the bedroom wall but because it is late at night we are always worried of the volume of the sound. Our three kids are in the next room, and also a friend of my wife who is renting a room from us is a nurse and has to wake up early to go to work. The solution I thought is a wireless speaker that we can put just next to us on the bed which we can control the volume.

I don't like to spend so much and the price of this BT transmitter seems just right. When I received it, I was impressed that it is practically a nano in size.

Just then I got worried realizing that I have to pair it with speakers without an LCD screen. I have paired tens of Bluetooth devices but they are all with an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPads and Windows PC. All via a display screen giving me a feedback when it is paired. The manual is a bit klunky with broken English I wasn't sure if the intruction is accurate. All I understand is first put the receiving BT device in paring mode, then the transmitter to a pairing mode and it will automatically connect. I did that and right away the transmitter's blue LED started blinking every 2 seconds meaning the pairing was succesful. But my Ecoxgear speaker remains in pairing mode, no audio coming out. Frustrated, I went dowstairs to get a drink of water. Just then I heard my Bose iPod dock (equipped with a Pyle BT receiver) playing music. I realized what happened. I unplugged the BT receiver from the dock and started the pairing process again with the Ecoxgear. Voila!

At first it was choppy, the movie played but the audio is coming and going. Initially, the speaker was placed next to my wife while she was ironing clothes. That was easily fixed when I moved the speaker to another location. Now it is perfect.
