I am so very please, this DVD player is incredible , the brand name is Koolertron size 15.8 , witch is very hard to find in the market , and give me much more than expected ... at the first place i did not know a lot about this company and was not to sure if yes or no i should order from them , because they are in China...

But since i am a customer of Amazon.com , i knew the quality will be checked out.

so i was in contact with them about 3 times , asking details on the product and questions about delivery . Up there is a great lady , her name is Helen , and every time i wrote , i received an answer from her in the same day ...not to say in the next few hour .

She told me to not worry , that my order will be delivered to me in the next 3 to 4 days via DHL....and it was .

I do recommand this company to any one . realy ; great service, very efficient .
