I don't often leave one star reviews, but this product deserves it. Flimsy cradle, hard to get phone in and out, very limited range of adjustment. Most car cradles allow flexible adjustment and then you simply tighten the adjustment screws to secure in your preferred position. Instead, this one allows only a very limited range of motion (you can spin in circles, but arm angle is fixed except for a little indentation in one position), and then when you have it where you want it... there is no way to tighten it! I returned it because no matter what I did, it was too loose and moved around as I tried to use the phone. The $10 OEM cradle is much better, the only reason I bought this one was to fit my extended battery, but for 3.5x the price it is inferior in every way.

Very Flimsy, cheap. I suggest the Igrip instead. I bought this because I bought a hard case for my phone and it won't fit into the Igrip with it on. Neither does this.

There are many products out there with the same intended purpose as this one, but none do it quite as well as this one. It's quite obvious that HTC put a lot of thought into exactly how this fits into the cradle and hold it extremely securely--even while going over bumps. I had looked at many other company's versions of this product and this one was the best in every way!

While I wish that the Thunderbolt had charging connectors instead of having to solely rely on the micro USB port, the dock works well. The phone is annoying to get in and out, especially if using the extended battery like I am. But when it's docked, it is secure and is very handy.
