Appears to be well-built and of good quality materials. Shipping was quick and packaging was great. Four stars because there is no retainer clip to keep the charger cord attached to the mount, so once I take my phone out, I have to drag the cord up and reattach it to the phone when I put it back in the mount. There is also a tiny bit of play in the adjustable mechanism on the mount. The fully articulating arm makes it versatile if I need to move it around.
