I purchased the car DVR mini camera and there were no directions in the box but a card to go to a website. I went to the website and the DVR mini camera wasn't listed on their site, so I called the company for help; when I finally got a person was told I had to be put on a waiting list to be called back in 1 hour so I didn't as I wasn't going to be near a phone at that time. Since then I haven't been able to get back to them and directions in the box would have been really helpful! As far as the mini camera it doesn't work for the length of time it is supposed to and really not happy with this product, you have to hook it up to your TV to set all the features, so really have to be electronic savy! This product really is useless to me for what I needed it to do....
