Let me start by saying that when this thing is working properly, it's great. However, it has some flaws. For one the pad used to adhere it to your dashboard, should you choose this route, is INSANELY adhesive, and I'm afraid of what it's going to do to my dashboard, should I ever choose to remove it. Moving on to the suction cup, that could use some improvements. The suction cup is one of those pressure cups, which means it creates a suction when you twist the bottom of the holder against the plate that is stuck to your dash. There's a little picture of a lock to show you which way to twist, which if you don't notice at first, you're left wondering how the hell this thing works. (10 bucks says I'm not the first person to think this!) Now, the phone holder is a bit heavy, so once you add your phone, I have the iPhone 5, it's very top heavy, and the whole thing topples over...frequently! I don't know if I need to push the suction cup down harder as I turn it, but I'm strongly considering super glue if this continues. For the price it's not bad, it had the least complaints, and like I said, when it's working it's great. Try it and see.
